Claims (12)
- 少なくとも振動板を含む振動モジュール;及び該振動モジュールの上部と下部に設けられ、それぞれコイルと永久磁石からなる一対の第1、第2磁気回路;を含む電磁スピーカーであって、
前記振動モジュールの上部には第1磁気回路をなすワッシャー型の第1コイルが積層され、第1コイルの内部にワッシャー型の第1永久磁石が配置され、前記振動モジュールの下部には第2磁気回路をなすワッシャー型の第2コイルが積層され、第2コイルの内部にワッシャー型の第2永久磁石が配置されることを特徴とする、ブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。 - 前記第1及び第2永久磁石は、第1及び第2コイルの内部で振動板との間隔の制御によって上下磁場のバランス維持のためのボータータイプ(boater type)の第1及び第2リミッター(limiter)によって装着配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記第1リミッターは、ハウジングの上面に第1永久磁石の装着配置のために下方に凹むように一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記第2リミッターは、第2コイルの下面に配置されて第2永久磁石の装着配置のために上方に膨出するように形成され、その中央に第2音響放射出口を有するボーター形状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記振動モジュールは、振動板の周縁部分が一つのダンパーによって振動板の上面及び下面を支持するようにインサート成形方式で射出され、ダンパーの外周面にストッパーが一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記ダンパーは、第1及び第2コイルの磁気エネルギーを損失なく伝達するように、高分子又はシリコーンからなる軟性素材に強磁性の粉末ないし粒子が混合された磁性体ダンパーであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記振動板は、振動板のエッジ全体区間にわたって柔軟性が増加するように、エッジ部分である外周縁に均一な形状に多数のモールドトラックが設けられ、前記モールドトラック同士の間によってそれぞれブリッジエッジが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記振動板は、振動板自体の板−共振を抑制することができるようにボディの全体あるいは一定の部位にエンボス処理されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記振動板は、ボディの中央から放射状に切開された星印状のホールによって数個の振動羽根が形成された翼タイプであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記振動板は、振動羽根が異なる長さに且つ対称的に形成された複合翼タイプであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記振動板には、振動板と同心を成して同軸結合するように、ホール及び振動羽根を覆うドーム型の補助振動板が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
- 前記振動板は、ボディの中央部に1個乃至10余個のホールが穿設された穿孔タイプであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のブリッジエッジ方式の超スリム型高解像電磁スピーカー。
