Claims (12)
- 上板部と前記上板部から下向きに延びる二つの側壁部を含んで下向き開放された金属材質のサスペンションアームボディーおよび
前記サスペンションアームボディーにインサート射出して形成されるプラスチック材質のインサートモールディングを含み、
前記上板部および前記側壁部に接触するインサートモールディング部分の少なくとも一部の厚さは、2mm〜3mmの範囲である、車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。 - 前記上板部および前記側壁部に接触するインサートモールディング部分の全体の厚さは、2mm〜3mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。
- 前記サスペンションアームボディーには少なくとも一つの孔が貫通形成され、
前記インサートモールディングには前記少なくとも一つの孔を貫通して延び、
前記少なくとも一つの孔から所定の領域だけ拡張される少なくとも一つの結合突起が形成され、
前記結合突起の前記拡張される部分の厚さは、2mm〜3mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。 - 前記インサートモールディングには少なくとも一つの補強リブが突出形成され、
前記補強リブの厚さは2mm〜5mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。 - 前記補強リブは、前記インサートモールディングの対向する両側壁部の間から延びる部分および前記インサートモールディングの対向する両側壁部の間から延びる部分と交差する部分とを含む、請求項4に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。
- 前記サスペンションアームボディー内に設置され、両端が前記サスペンションアームボディーに固定されて前記サスペンションアームボディーを支持する金属材質の少なくとも一つの補強板をさらに含み、
前記補強板は前記上板部に向かう側面を具備し、
前記インサートモールディングの一部は前記補強板の側面と前記上板部の内面との間に形成され、
前記補強板の両端を除くすべての面が前記インサートモールディングにより包み込まれるように、前記補強板が前記インサートモールディングの内部に埋め立てられて、前記補強板によって前記サスペンションアームボディーと前記インサートモールディングの離隔が防止される、請求項1に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。 - 前記補強板には前記インサートモールディングが満たされる少なくとも一つの孔が貫通形成されている、請求項6に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。
- 前記補強板の前記上板部に向かう側面と反対の側面に形成されるインサートモールディング部分の厚さは、2.5mm〜3mmの範囲である、請求項6に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。
- 前記補強板の厚さ方向の側面に形成されるインサートモールディング部分の厚さは、2.5mm〜3mmの範囲である、請求項6に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。
- 前記サスペンションアームボディーには前記側壁部の端部を折り曲げたフランジが形成され、
前記フランジの終端と接触するインサートモールディング部分の厚さは、2.5mm〜3mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。 - 前記サスペンションアームボディーはスチール材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。
- 前記インサートモールディングは繊維強化プラスチック材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の車両用ハイブリッドサスペンションアーム。
