Abstract
Description
先行技術にはまた、前記部材が洗浄され、前記部材の金属表面が1段階で変換された変換処理方法が記載されている。
a)少なくとも0.003重量%の、少なくとも4個の炭素原子、ただし、10個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジオール;
b)少なくとも0.01重量%の、少なくとも4個、ただし、8個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族飽和ポリヒドロキシ化合物;
c)少なくとも1種のZr元素および/またはTi元素の水溶性化合物;
d)少なくとも1種の水溶性フッ化物イオン源
を含む。
例えば、熱エネルギーの供給または気流の通過などの技術的手段によって乾燥されることを意図するプロセスを意味する。
水溶液中でフルオロ錯体のアニオンに解離する化合物である。この種の好ましい化合物は、例えばH2ZrF6、K2ZrF6、Na2ZrF6および(NH4)2ZrF6、および類似のチタン化合物である。Zr元素またはTi元素、特にZr元素のフッ素不含化合物、例えば、(NH4)2Zr(OH)2(CO3)2またはTiO(SO4)も、水溶性化合物として本発明で使用され得る。本発明による方法の好ましい実施態様では、Zr元素および/またはTi元素のフルオロメタレート、およびフルオロ酸など、特に好ましくはヘキサフルオロジルコネートおよび/またはヘキサフルオロチタネート、およびそれらの遊離酸が前記酸性水性組成物に含まれる。
a)0.003〜2重量%の、少なくとも4個の炭素原子、ただし、10個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジオール;
b)0.01〜5重量%の、少なくとも4個、ただし、8個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族飽和ポリヒドロキシ化合物;
c)0.002〜0.2重量%の、Zr量として算出されるZr元素の水溶性化合物
d)少なくとも10mg/kgの、遊離フッ化物イオン;および
e)好ましくは0.01〜1重量%の、カルシウムイオンおよび/またはマグネシウムイオン
を含む、組成物をさらに含む。
0.16g/L ヘキサフルオロジルコン酸
0.32g/L 硝酸マグネシウム六水和物
0.3g/L ソルビトール
0.1g/L 2−メチルペンタン−2,4−ジオール
Claims (15)
- 主に鉄、亜鉛および/またはアルミニウムの1種以上の金属から成る材料で少なくとも部分的に構成される金属部材の洗浄および防食前処理方法であり、前記方法は、前記部材を酸性水性組成物に接触させることによるものであり、前記酸性水性組成物は、
a)少なくとも0.003重量%の、少なくとも4個の炭素原子、ただし、10個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジオール;
b)少なくとも0.01重量%の、少なくとも4個、ただし、8個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族飽和ポリヒドロキシ化合物;
c)少なくとも1種のZr元素および/またはTi元素の水溶性化合物;および
d)少なくとも1種の水溶性フッ化物イオン源
を含む、方法。 - 成分b)のポリヒドロキシ化合物の、成分a)のジオールに対する質量比は、少なくとも0.4、好ましくは少なくとも1.0、特に好ましくは少なくとも2.0、ただし、好ましくは20.0以下、特に好ましくは10.0以下、さらに特に好ましくは6.0以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成分a)の前記脂肪族ジオールは、ヒドロキシル基が3個以下の炭素原子によって相互接続されているジオールから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 成分a)の前記脂肪族ジオールは、8個以下の炭素原子を有し、ただし、好ましくは少なくとも5個の炭素原子を有する非環式アルカンジオールから選択され、特に2−メチルペンタン−2,4−ジオールであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 成分b)の前記ポリヒドロキシ化合物は、3つより多いヒドロキシル基を有し、少なくとも2つのヒドロキシル基は、好ましくは2個以下の炭素原子により相互接続されており、特に好ましくは、好ましくは6個以下の炭素原子を有するアルジトールであり、特に好ましくは、エリスリトール、トレイトール、キシリトール、アラビトール、リビトール、マンニトール、またはソルビトールから選択され、さらに特に好ましくはソルビトールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 合計で少なくとも0.002重量%の、好ましくは少なくとも0.005重量%の、Zr量として算出されるZr元素および/またはTi元素の水溶性化合物が、前記酸性水性組成物中に含まれる、ただし、好ましくは、Zr量として算出されるZr元素および/またはTi元素の水溶性化合物が、合計で0.2重量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物は、6.0未満、好ましくは5.5未満のpH、ただし、好ましくは2.0超、特に好ましくは3.0超、さらに特に好ましくは4.0超のpHを有し、好ましくは少なくとも1ポイントの遊離酸含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物は、遊離フッ化物割合が、少なくとも10mg/kgであるような量の、水溶性フッ化物イオン源を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物は、カルシウムイオンおよび/またはマグネシウムイオンをさらに含み、好ましくは、合計で少なくとも0.01重量%のカルシウムイオンおよびマグネシウムイオン、特に好ましくは少なくとも0.01重量%のマグネシウムイオンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記部材は、少なくとも部分的に鉄材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記接触は、噴霧(spraying on)または噴霧(spraying)によって、好ましくは噴霧(spraying)によって、特に好ましくは少なくとも1barの噴霧圧力で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記酸性水性組成物は、接触したときに、40℃未満の温度、好ましくは35℃未満の温度、特に好ましくは30℃未満の温度、ただし、好ましくは少なくとも20℃の温度を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記部材が前記酸性水性組成物に接触した後すぐに、中間のすすぎおよび/または乾燥工程を伴って、または伴わずに、前記酸性水性組成物とすでに接触した前記部材の領域を、少なくとも部分的に被覆する、好ましくは浸漬被覆する、または粉末被覆することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 噴霧中に前記部材を前記酸性水性組成物と接触させる直前に、前記部材の湿式化学洗浄は行われないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 酸性の水性クロム(VI)不含、およびリン酸不含組成物であり、
a)0.003〜2重量%の、少なくとも4個の炭素原子、ただし、10個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジオール;
b)0.01〜5重量%の、少なくとも4個、ただし、8個以下の炭素原子を有する脂肪族飽和ポリヒドロキシ化合物;
c)0.002〜0.2重量%の、Zr量として算出されるZr元素の水溶性化合物;
d)少なくとも10mg/kgの、遊離フッ化物イオン;および
e)好ましくは0.01〜1重量%の、カルシウムイオンおよび/またはマグネシウムイオン
を含む、組成物。
