Claims (5)
- 高温再生器、低温再生器、蒸発器、凝縮器および吸収器を備え、これらを配管接続して吸収液および冷媒の循環経路をそれぞれ形成してなる吸収式冷凍機において、前記高温再生器に供給する燃焼器の燃料流量を制御する燃料制御弁と、前記燃料制御弁を駆動する制御モータと、冷温水温度を検知する冷温水検知手段と、前記燃料制御弁の開度を検知する弁開度検知手段と、制御部とを備え、前記弁開度検知手段で前記燃料制御弁の現在の開度を検知した実開度値と、前記冷温水検知手段で検知した検知温度と冷温水設定温度との差から弁の開度を演算した燃料制御弁開度演算値とを有し、前記実開度値と前記燃料制御弁開度演算値とを比較して、得られたその差が、前記燃料制御弁の所定の許容感度幅範囲内に収まるように、前記燃料制御弁の感度幅補正値を決定し、前記感度幅補正値は前記燃料制御弁の次回運転時の感度幅として、前記制御部にフィードバックすることを特徴とする吸収式冷凍機。
- 前記燃料制御弁開度演算値は、所定時間の間に複数回取得し、複数回とも同一値であれば前記燃料制御弁の感度幅補正値を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収式冷凍機。
- 前記燃料制御弁の感度幅補正値は、弁の開方向と閉方向でそれぞれ個別に決定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の吸収式冷凍機。
- 前記燃料制御弁の開度ごとに前記感度幅補正値をサンプリングして、前記燃料制御弁の感度幅を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の吸収式冷凍機。
- 制御部は前記燃料制御弁の開閉回数をカウントする開閉回数カウント部を備え、前記燃料制御弁の開閉が所定回数以上であると判断した場合、前記制御モータの交換指示の発報を行う発報部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の吸収式冷凍機。
