Claims (7)
- 磁気ヘッドを含む磁気ヘッド部を動作させる第1のアクチュエータと、
磁気ディスク上で前記磁気ディスクの半径方向に前記磁気ヘッドの位置を調整する第2のアクチュエータと、
前記第2のアクチュエータのゲイン推定値と、第1の伝達関数を測定する際の前記第2のアクチュエータへの入力電圧振幅とに応じて、第2の伝達関数を測定する際の入力振幅を決定し、前記第1の伝達関数と、前記第2の伝達関数とに基づいて、前記第2のアクチュエータのゲイン推定値を算出し、当該算出したゲイン推定値で前記ゲイン推定値を更新する制御部と、
を備える磁気ディスク装置。 - 所定のタイミングで更新される前記ゲイン推定値の履歴情報を記憶するメモリを備える、
請求項1記載の磁気ディスク装置。 - 前記メモリに記憶される前記ゲイン推定値の履歴情報は、外部からの指示に基づいて、出力可能に構成される、
請求項2に記載の磁気ディスク装置。 - 前記第2の伝達関数を測定する際の入力振幅は、前記第2のアクチュエータの前記ゲイン推定値と前記第1の伝達関数を測定する際の前記第2のアクチュエータへの入力電圧振幅の積である、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の磁気ディスク装置。 - 前記ゲイン推定値の初期値は、所定の設計値、又は、複数の所定の測定値の平均値である、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の磁気ディスク装置。 - 前記ゲイン推定値の初期値は、任意の外乱の値を用いて測定した前記第2の伝達関数のゲインに基づく値である、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の磁気ディスク装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1の伝達関数と、前記第2の伝達関数とに基づいて算出される前記第2のアクチュエータの前記ゲイン推定値が所定値に収束するまで前記ゲイン推定値を更新する処理を行う、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の磁気ディスク装置。
