前記第1外側接着剤層と前記第3外側接着剤層との間に配置されている第2外側接着剤層とをさらに含む、請求項15に記載のパッケージ構造体。 - 前記第1外側接着剤層及び前記第3外側接着剤層中の炭素のモル百分率が、前記第2外側接着剤層中の炭素のモル百分率よりも高い、請求項16に記載のパッケージ構造体。
- 前記第2外側接着剤層中の酸素のモル百分率が、前記第1外側接着剤層及び前記第3外側接着剤層中の酸素のモル百分率よりも高い、請求項16に記載のパッケージ構造体。
- 前記第1外側接着剤層、前記第2外側接着剤層、及び前記第3外側接着剤層のうちの1つ又はこれらの組み合わせが、前記第1基板及び前記第2基板から突出している、請求項16に記載のパッケージ構造体。
