Claims (10)
- オスコネクタ(2)およびメスコネクタ(3)を有し、電流を伝送するためのコネクタ(1)であって、
前記オスコネクタ(2)がプラグエクステンション外套壁部(5)および電気接点(6)を有するプラグエクステンション(4)を備え、前記電気接点(6)が前記プラグエクステンション外套壁部(5)により囲まれているプラグエクステンション内部空間(7)に設けられ、
前記メスコネクタ(3)がプラグエクステンションレシーバ外套壁部(9)および相手側電気接点(10)を有するプラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)を備え、前記相手側電気接点(10)が前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ外套壁部(9)により囲まれているプラグエクステンションレシーバ内部空間(11)に設けられ、
前記プラグエクステンション外套壁部(5)または前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ外套壁部(9)である一方の外套壁部に少なくとも1つの突出部(12)が設けられ、他方の外套壁部が前記突出部(12)に対応する少なくとも1つの受入スリット(13)を備え、
前記突出部(12)および前記受入スリット(13)の非破損状態において、前記プラグエクステンション(4)が、前記突出部(12)および前記受入スリット(13)に固有の所定の差込位置から、差込方向(14)について前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)に差し込み可能であり、
前記オスコネクタ(2)が前記プラグエクステンション内部空間(7)において機能部位(15)を備え、かつ、前記メスコネクタ(3)が前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ内部空間(11)において相手側機能部位(16)を備え、
前記所定の差込位置とは異なる位置から前記プラグエクステンション(4)が前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)に差し込まれた際、前記電気接点(6)の前記相手側電気接点(10)に対する電気的接触を防止するための係止機構を前記機能部位(15)および前記相手側機能部位(16)が構成していることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記機能部位(15)が少なくとも1つの停止面(17)を有し、かつ、前記相手側機能部位(16)が少なくとも1つの相手側停止面(18)を有し、
前記係止機構を構成するため、前記所定の差込位置とは異なる位置から前記プラグエクステンション(4)が前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)に差し込まれた際、前記停止面(17)および前記相手側停止面(18)が相互に当接し、前記電気接点(6)の前記相手側電気接点(10)に対する電気的接触を防止するため、前記プラグエクステンション(4)が前記差込方向(14)について前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)に完全に差し込まれることが防止されることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 請求項1または2記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記機能部位(15)が前記プラグエクステンション内部空間(7)の中央部に、または前記プラグエクステンション(4)の縦中心軸線(19)に沿って設けられ、付加的または代替的に、前記電気接点(6)の間に設けられていることを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記相手側機能部位(16)が前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ内部空間(11)の中央部に、または前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)の縦中心軸線(20)に沿って設けられ、付加的または代替的に、前記相手側電気接点(10)の間に設けられていることを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記プラグエクステンション外套壁部(5)またはプラグエクステンションレシーバ外套壁部(9)である一方の外套壁部に、異なる形状を有し、付加的または代替的に、異なる箇所に設けられた複数または4つの突出部(12)が設けられ、他方の外套壁部が、異なる形状を有し、付加的または代替的に、異なる箇所に設けられた複数または4つの受入スリット(13)を備えていることを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記プラグエクステンション(4)が、前記所定の差込位置から前記差込方向(14)について完全差込位置を実現するために前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)に対して差し込み可能であり、前記完全差込位置から前記差込方向(14)のまわりに終端位置まで回転可能であり、前記終端位置において前記電気接点(6)が前記相手側電気接点(10)に対して電気的に接触することを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 請求項6記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記受入スリット(13)が設けられている前記一方の外套壁部に、周方向(21)に延在し、かつ、前記受入スリット(13)に連続する少なくとも1つの受入チャンネル(22)が設けられ、前記完全差込位置から前記終端位置まで回転される際に前記突出部(12)が前記受入チャンネル(22)に案内されることを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ(1)において、少なくとも一部の前記電気接点(6)が共通円形経路(23)の上に設けられ、付加的または代替的に、少なくとも一部の相手側電気接点(10)が共通円形経路(24)の上に設けられていることを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記プラグエクステンション外套壁部(5)の外側面(25)および前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ外套壁部(9)の内側面(26)のうちの少なくとも一方が、前記突出部(12)または前記受入スリット(13)および受入チャネル(22)を除き、少なくとも部分的に円筒形状に形成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ(1)において、前記機能部位(15)または相手側機能部位(16)である一方の部位が、前記プラグエクステンション(4)が前記所定の差込位置から前記差込方向(14)について前記プラグエクステンションレシーバ(8)に差し込まれた際に他方の部位が入り込む平面視で任意形状またはV字状の少なくとも1つの間隙(27)を有し、前記間隙(27)に入り込んだ当該部分が前記間隙(27)において2つの回転停止部(28)の間で回転可能であることを特徴とするコネクタ。
