Claims (8)
- 画像形成装置と、
前記画像形成装置にネットワークを介して接続される端末装置と、を備え、
前記画像形成装置は、
印字指示の入力を受け付ける入力部を有する装置本体と、
前記装置本体に収容される給紙カセットと、
前記装置本体の外面に取り付けられる開閉可能な手差しトレイと、
前記手差しトレイの開閉を検知可能な開閉検知部と、
前記給紙カセット又は前記手差しトレイを給紙元に設定する給紙設定部と、を備え、
前記手差しトレイが開放されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知し、且つ、前記入力部に印字指示が入力された場合に、前記給紙設定部の設定に関わらず、前記手差しトレイから給紙することを特徴とする画像形成システム。 - 前記端末装置は、印字指示の入力を受け付ける入力機器を備え、
前記手差しトレイが開放されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知し、且つ、前記入力機器に印字指示が入力された場合に、前記給紙設定部の設定に関わらず、前記給紙カセットから給紙することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像形成システム。 - 前記端末装置は、印字指示の入力を受け付ける入力機器を備え、
前記手差しトレイが開放されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知し、且つ、前記入力機器に印字指示が入力された場合に、前記給紙設定部の設定に応じて、前記給紙カセット又は前記手差しトレイから給紙することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像形成システム。 - 前記手差しトレイが閉止されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知した場合に、前記給紙設定部の設定に関わらず、前記給紙カセットから給紙することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成システム。
- 前記手差しトレイが閉止されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知し、且つ、前記給紙設定部が前記給紙カセットを給紙元に設定している場合に、前記給紙カセットから給紙し、
前記手差しトレイが閉止されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知し、且つ、前記給紙設定部が前記手差しトレイを給紙元に設定している場合に、給紙を実行しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成システム。 - 前記装置本体は、印字指示の入力画面を表示する表示部を更に備え、
前記表示部は、前記手差しトレイが開放されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知した場合に、前記手差しトレイが開放されていることを通知する通知画面を表示することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成システム。 - 前記表示部は、前記通知画面において、前記給紙カセットから給紙する場合には前記手差しトレイを閉止するように促すことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の画像形成システム。
- 印字指示の入力を受け付ける入力部を有する装置本体と、
前記装置本体に収容される給紙カセットと、
前記装置本体の外面に取り付けられる開閉可能な手差しトレイと、
前記手差しトレイの開閉を検知可能な開閉検知部と、
前記給紙カセット又は前記手差しトレイを給紙元に設定する給紙設定部と、を備え、
前記手差しトレイが開放されていることを前記開閉検知部が検知し、且つ、前記入力部に印字指示が入力された場合に、前記給紙設定部の設定に関わらず、前記手差しトレイから給紙することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
