Claims (20)
- 患者支持装置用の検出・通知システムであって、
患者のバイタルサインを検出するセンサと、
前記患者の前記バイタルサインを示す信号を前記センサから受信するように動作可能であり、かつ、前記バイタルサインを予め設定された限界値と比較して前記バイタルサインが許容可能な範囲にあるか否かを決定するように動作可能なコントローラと、
前記コントローラからの命令に応答して、前記検出・通知システムが付随する前記患者支持装置から離れたユーザが識別可能な、前記バイタルサインが前記許容可能な範囲内にあるか否かに関する表示またはアラーム状態が存在することに関する表示を行うように動作可能な通知システムと、を備える、患者支持装置用の検出・通知システム。 - 前記センサは、第1のバイタルサインと第2のバイタルサインを同時に検出する、請求項1に記載の検出・通知システム。
- 前記検出・通知システムは、前記患者のバイタルサインを同時に検出する複数のセンサを含む、請求項1に記載の検出・通知システム。
- 前記複数のセンサは各々、第1のバイタルサインと第2のバイタルサインの両方を検出する、請求項3に記載の検出・通知システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記患者支持装置上に支持された患者の位置を示す信号を前記患者支持装置から受信するように動作可能であり、かつ、前記患者の前記位置を利用して、前記複数のセンサのうちの1つからの前記バイタルサインを無視するか否かを決定するように動作可能である、請求項4に記載の検出・通知システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記患者の前記位置に基づいて、前記通知システムの動作を保留にするようにユーザに促すように動作可能である、請求項5に記載の検出・通知システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記患者支持装置上に支持された患者の位置を示す信号を前記患者支持装置から受信するように動作可能であり、さらに、前記患者の前記位置に基づいて、前記通知システムの動作を保留にするよう前記ユーザに促すように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の検出・通知システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記患者支持装置の複数のコンポーネントの位置を示す信号を受信し、かつ、前記前記患者支持装置の前記コンポーネントのうちの少なくとも1つの前記位置に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記バイタルサインの許容可能な範囲を決定するように動作可能である、請求項7に記載の検出・通知システム。
- 前記コントローラは、
電子カルテシステムと通信して、前記患者支持装置上に支持された患者の病歴を示す情報を前記電子カルテシステムから受信し、
少なくとも部分的に、前記患者の病歴に基づいて前記バイタルサインの前記許容可能な範囲を決定する
ように動作可能である、請求項8に記載の検出・通知システム。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記患者の前記病歴を利用して、前記バイタルサインを分析するアルゴリズムを実行し、前記患者に有害事象が生じる可能性が高いことを決定し、かつ、
前記有害事象の尤度が閾値に達していることをユーザによって識別可能に通知する
ように動作可能である、請求項9に記載の検出・通知システム。 - 患者支持装置であって、
前記患者支持装置上に支持された患者のバイタルサインを示す信号を提示するように動作可能な少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記センサに接続された通知システムと、を備え、前記通信システムは、バイタルサインを示す前記センサからの信号を処理して、バイタルサインを決定し、前記バイタルサインを予め定められた許容可能な限界値と比較し、前記バイタルサインが前記設定された許容可能な限界値から外れた場合に、バイタルサインの第1のアイコンを第1の方法で光らせることによって前記外れたことの可視表示を行い、特定のコンポーネントのステータスがそのコンポーネントについて設定された許容可能な動作条件から外れていない場合は、前記第1のアイコン表示を第2の方法で光らせるように動作可能である、患者支持装置。 - 前記通知システムは、前記第1のアイコン表示を、前記患者支持装置から離れた表面に投影するように動作可能である、請求項11に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記第1のアイコン表示は、前記患者支持装置の表面で光ると同時に、前記患者支持装置から離れた前記表面に投影される、請求項12に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記第1のアイコン表示は、前記患者支持装置に接して位置するプロジェクタによって前記患者支持装置から離れた前記表面に投影される、請求項13に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記第1のアイコン表示を第1の方法で光らせることは、前記第1のアイコン表示を第1の色で光らせることを含み、前記第1のアイコン表示を第2の方法で光らせることは、前記第1のアイコン表示を第2の色で光らせることを含む、請求項14に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記外れたことの可視表示を行うことは、前記コンポーネントの第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置の表面に第1の色で光らせると同時に、前記コンポーネントの前記第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置から離れた表面に前記第1の色で投影することを含む、請求項15に記載の患者支持装置。
- 外れていないことの可視表示を行うことは、前記コンポーネントの第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置の表面に第2の色で光らせると同時に、前記コンポーネントの前記第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置から離れた表面に前記第2の色で投影することを含む、請求項16に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記外れたことの可視表示を行うことは、前記コンポーネントの第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置の表面に第1の色で光らせると同時に、前記コンポーネントの前記第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置から離れた表面に前記第1の色で投影することを含む、請求項11に記載の患者支持装置。
- 外れていないことの可視表示を行うことは、前記コンポーネントの第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置の表面に第2の色で光らせると同時に、前記コンポーネントの前記第1のアイコン表示を前記患者支持装置から離れた表面に前記第2の色で投影することを含む、請求項18に記載の患者支持装置。
- 前記患者支持装置から離れた前記表面は、床の表面であり、前記第1のアイコン表示は、前記患者支持装置のどの場所の真下でもない位置に投影される、請求項19に記載の患者支持装置。
