Claims (8)
- 電動モータと、前記電動モータの回転運動を直線運動に変換する直動変換機構と、を備え、前記直動変換機構が、回転可能に支持されたナットと、前記ナットの回転に伴って軸方向に移動するねじ軸と、を有する電動アクチュエータであって、
前記ねじ軸は、電動アクチュエータの密閉空間内に収容されたねじ部側の部分と、前記密閉空間から外部に露出する又は露出し得る露出部側の部分との間で分割され、
前記露出部側の部分は、耐腐食性を有するように構成されていることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記露出部側の部分を、耐腐食性を有する非磁性体で構成した請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ部側の部分と前記露出部側の部分とを圧入により連結した請求項1又は2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ部側の部分と前記露出部側の部分とを非円形断面の嵌合構造により連結した請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ部側の部分と前記露出部側の部分とをスプライン嵌合構造により連結した請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ部側の部分と前記露出部側の部分とをこれらの軸方向への分離を防止する抜け止め部材を用いて連結した請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記抜け止め部材は、前記ねじ部側の部分と前記露出部側の部分との互いに嵌合する部分の外周面と内周面とに係合する止め輪である請求項6に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記抜け止め部材は、前記ねじ部側の部分と前記露出部側の部分との互いに嵌合する部分に対して貫通するピンである請求項6に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
