Description
この構成によれば、低炭素鋼の鋼板の深絞り加工によってハウジングの素材が簡易に成形されると共に、このハウジングの素材(深絞り加工品)に対して半抜きプレス加工部分からなるキー状凸部が一体成形されるから、製造の効率化が図られる。そして、この加工後に浸炭焼入れにより焼入れされたものとされるから、ハウジングの強化が図られると共に、キー状凸部を含む初期形状の保持が確実になされる。

Claims (2)
- 円筒状の金属製のハウジングと、このハウジング内に進退自在に嵌合した進退部材と、この進退部材にナットが結合されたボールねじ機構と、このボールねじ機構のねじ軸を回転させる電動モータとを備えた電動リニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記ハウジングの周壁に、内側へ軸方向に延びて突出しかつ周壁外面が凹み形状となる半抜きプレス加工部分からなるキー状凸部を一体成形し、前記進退部材に、前記キー状凸部に摺動自在に嵌合する摺動溝を設け、
前記ハウジングは、低炭素鋼の鋼板の深絞り加工によって円筒形に加工されたハウジング素材に対して、半抜きプレス加工を施してハウジングの周壁に、内側へ軸方向に延びて突出しかつ周壁外面が凹み形状となるキー状凸部を一体成形し、かつ浸炭焼入れしたものであり、前記進退部材の摺動溝が前記キー状凸部に摺動自在に嵌合され、ねじ軸の軸回りの回転に伴いナットがねじ軸の軸方向に進退動作することで、ナットに結合された進退部材が前記軸方向に沿って進退動作するものとしたことを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1において、自動車用のアクチュエータとして使用されるものである電動リニアアクチュエータ。
