Claims (7)
- 流路の外周側に積層された内周側補強層および外周側補強層と、前記内周側補強層と前記外周側補強層との間に介在する流体滞留層と、前記流体滞留層の外周側に積層された浮力層とを備えたマリンホースの前記流路を流れる流体の漏れを検知するマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システムにおいて、前記マリンホースの長手方向所定位置で前記流体滞留層内に設置されるパッシブ型のICタグと、前記マリンホースの外側に配置される電波発信器および電波受信器とを有し、前記電波発信器から発信した電波に応じて前記ICタグから発信された電波を前記電波受信器により受信する構成するとともに、前記ICタグの一部が前記流体によって溶解する溶解性部材によって形成されていて、前記溶解性部材の溶解の有無によって、前記電波受信器が受信する前記ICタグから発信された電波の強弱が変化する構成にして、前記電波受信器が受信する前記ICタグから発信された電波の強弱に基づいて、前記流体の漏れの有無が判断されることを特徴とするマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システム。
- 前記ICタグを構成するカバー層が、前記溶解性部材である請求項1に記載のマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システム。
- 前記ICタグを構成する回路の少なくとも一部が、前記溶解性部材である請求項1に記載のマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システム。
- 前記ICタグが、少なくとも、前記マリンホースの長手方向端部のニップルが延在している範囲に設置される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システム。
- 前記ICタグが、前記マリンホースの長手方向所定位置で前記マリンホースの周方向に間隔をあけて複数設置される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システム。
- 前記ICタグに、そのICタグの前記マリンホースでの設置位置を特定する位置特定情報が記憶されていて、前記位置特定情報をそのICタグから発信される電波によって電波受信器に送信する構成にした請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システム。
- 前記ICタグとして、仕様の異なるICタグ、または、製造ロットが異なるICタグが混在して設置される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のマリンホースの流体漏れ検知システム。
