Description

−タンク中の圧力を増加させるステップは、タンク中の圧力を所定のレベルまで増加させ、タンク中の圧力は、0.5から5バールの間の、とりわけ、1から2バールの間の所定の値だけ、保管容器中の圧力を超える、
−タンクと保管容器を流体連通に置くステップは、タンクの下部及び/又は上部に接続されている一端と保管容器の下部及び/又は上部に接続されている別の端とを有する少なくとも1つの移送パイプを介して実行される、
−タンクと保管容器を流体連通に置くステップは、タンクの上部に接続されている一端と保管容器の上部に接続されている一端とを有する少なくとも1つの移送パイプを介して実行される、
−タンクを加圧するための装置は、タンク加圧回路を備え、タンク加圧回路は、タンクに接続されている流体吸引第1端とタンクに接続されている流体リターン第2端との間に、流体加熱部材と、加圧回路中の流体の循環を制御するための1つ以上の加熱弁のセットとを備える。
Claims (8)
- 液化ガスのタンク(10)によって液化ガスを保管容器(2)に充填するための方法であって、
圧力差によって前記タンク(10)から前記保管容器(2)へと液化ガスを移送する移送ステップと、ここで、前記保管容器(2)は、前記移送ステップの前には、前記タンク(10)の内部圧力よりも高い内部圧力を有しており、
前記タンク(10)のために前記保管容器(2)中の圧力の下降を確実にするように、前記移送ステップに先立って、圧力の均一化によって、前記タンク(10)と前記保管容器(2)を流体連通に置くステップと、
加圧装置(3、6)を使用して、前記タンク(10)中の圧力を増加させるステップと、を備える、方法。 - 前記タンク(10)と前記保管容器(2)との間のこの流体連通がさえぎられるステップの間、前記加圧装置(3、6)を介して、前記タンク10中の圧力を増加させるステップは、前記タンク(10)と前記保管容器(2)を流体連通に置くステップと同時に、及び/又は、前記タンク(10)を流体連通に置くステップの後に、実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記タンク(10)と前記保管容器(2)を流体連通に置くステップは、前記タンク(10)のために前記保管容器(2)の圧力を所定のレベルに下げ、前記保管容器(2)中の圧力は、前記タンク(10)の圧力と等しい、又は、0.5から5バールの間の、とりわけ、0.5から1バールの間の所定の限定した値だけ、前記タンク(10)の圧力を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記タンク(10)中の圧力を増加させるステップは、前記タンク(10)の圧力を所定のレベルまで増加させ、前記タンク(10)中の圧力は、0.5から5バールの間の、とりわけ、1から2バールの間の所定の値だけ、前記保管容器(2)中の圧力を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記タンク(10)と前記保管容器(2)を流体連通に置くステップは、前記タンク(10)の下部及び/又は上部に接続されている一端と前記保管容器(2)の下部及び/又は上部に接続されている別の端とを有する少なくとも1つの移送パイプ(8、9)を介して実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記タンク(10)と前記保管容器(2)を流体連通に置くステップは、前記タンク(10)の上部に接続されている一端と前記保管容器(2)の上部に接続されている一端とを有する少なくとも1つの移送パイプ(9)を介して実行されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記タンク(10)を加圧するための前記加圧装置(3、6)は、タンク(10)加圧回路(3)を備え、前記タンク(10)加圧回路(3)は、前記タンク(10)に接続されている流体吸引第1端(4)と前記タンク(10)に接続されている流体リターン第2端(5)との間に、流体加熱部材(6)と、前記加圧回路(3)中の流体の循環を制御するための1つ以上の加熱弁(7、19)のセットとを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧力差を使用して、液化ガスを保管容器(2)移送するように意図されている、液化ガスのタンク(10)を備える、液化ガス保管容器(2)を充填するための装置であって、
前記装置は、タンク(10)加圧回路(3)を備え、前記タンク(10)加圧回路(3)は、前記タンク(10)に接続されている流体吸引第1端(4)と前記タンク(10)に接続されている流体リターン第2端(5)との間に、流体加熱部材(6)と、前記加圧回路(3)中の流体の循環を制御するための1つ以上の加熱弁(7、19)のセットとを備え、
前記装置は、前記タンク(10)に接続されている第1端と前記液化ガス保管容器(2)に接続されるように意図されている第2端とを備える流体移送パイプ(8、9)であって、前記流体移送パイプ(8、9)中の流体の循環を制御するための1つ以上の移送弁(11、12、13、14、15)のセットを備える少なくとも1つの流体移送パイプ(8、9)を備え、
前記装置は、前記タンク(10)中の及び/又は前記液化ガス保管容器(2)中の圧力を測定するための1つ以上のセンサ(16、17)のセットを備える装置において、
前記装置は、前記タンクの上端に接続されている第1端と前記液化ガス保管容器(2)の上端に接続されるように意図されている別の端とを有する流体移送パイプ(9)を備えること、及び、弁のセットの少なくとも一部分を制御するように構成されている、電子制御及びデータ処理及び記憶部材(18)を備えることを特徴とし、
前記電子制御及びデータ処理及び記憶部材(18)は、前記液化ガス保管容器(2)中の圧力が前記タンク(10)中の圧力よりも高いとき、前記タンク(10)から前記保管容器(2)への流体の移送に先立って、前記液化ガス保管容器(2)と前記タンク(10)との間の圧力を均一化することにより、圧力の移送を確実にするために、1つ以上の移送弁のセットの開放を実行し、
前記液化ガス保管容器(2)と前記タンク(10)との間の圧力の移送の後に又は間に、前記タンク(10)中の前記圧力を増加させるために、1つ以上の加熱弁のセットの開放を実行し、
その後、前記1つ以上の加熱弁のセットの閉鎖を、圧力差を使用して、前記タンク(10)から前記保管容器(2)への液化ガスの移送を確実にするために、前記1つ以上の移送弁のセットの開放を実行するように構成されている、装置。
