Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于为储存容器填充液化气体的方法和装置。
本发明更具体地涉及一种借助于液化气体罐为储存容器填充液化气体的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:借助于压差将液化气体从罐转移到储存容器,在方法中,在转移步骤之前,储存容器的内部压力高于罐的内部压力。
背景技术
一般而言,借助于压力差将液态氢输送到设备。典型地,要充填的储存容器的压力在3巴绝对值(bara)至13bara之间,而容纳于输送罐中的液体的压力在0.3巴表压(barg)至13barg之间。
为了借助于压差(不使用泵)实现这种转移,在大多数情况下,首先必须将输送半挂车的罐加压至典型地比要充填的固定式储存容器的压力高1barg的压力。
这种加压通常使用称为加压加热器的装置来进行。冷液体在重力作用下从罐中被抽出,并在位于罐低点的交换器(通常是大气交换器)中蒸发。因此,该装置在低位包括热点。流动通过热虹吸效应发生,并且然后使所产生的热气体自然返回罐中。这会使罐加压。加压速度典型地取决于热交换器的尺寸和管道的直径。
然而,该装置确实具有缺点。因此,加压所需的时间可能相对较长。另外,由于热虹吸流的动力取决于液柱的头以及液体与气体之间的密度差,所以当罐变空或几乎变空时,该装置便不会工作。于是需要更长的时间才能实现加压。另外,这种加压将热量引入设备中。这导致液态氢的加热,最终增加了物流中蒸发引起的气体损失量。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是克服现有技术的所有或一些上述缺点。
为此,根据本发明、在其它方面根据在以上前序部分中给出的本发明一般定义的方法的特征主要在于,该方法在转移步骤之前包括使罐和储存容器处于流体连通以便确保储存容器中的压力下降以补偿罐(由罐获得)的步骤以及使用加压装置升高罐内压力的步骤。
此外,本发明的实施例可以包括以下特征中的一个或多个:
-经由加压装置升高罐内压力的步骤与使罐和储存容器处于流体连通的步骤同时地进行;和/或该经由加压装置升高罐内压力的步骤在使罐处于流体连通的步骤之后在罐与储存容器之间的这种流体连通被中断的步骤期间进行。
-使罐和储存容器处于流体连通的步骤将储存容器中的压力降低以补偿罐,降低到其中储存容器中的压力等于罐内压力或比罐内的压力高出一确定的限定值的确定的水平,该确定的限定值介于0.5bar至5bar之间且尤其介于0.5bar至1bar之间,
-升高罐内的压力的步骤将罐内压力升高到其中罐内的压力比储存容器中的压力高出一确定的值的确定的水平,所述确定的值介于0.5bar至5bar之间且尤其是介于1bar至2bar之间,
-使罐和储存容器处于流体连通的步骤经由至少一个转移管进行,所述至少一个转移管的一个端部连接到罐的下部和/或上部,而另一端部连接到储存容器的下部和/或上部,
-使罐和储存容器处于流体连通的步骤经由至少一个转移管进行,所述至少一个转移管的一个端部连接到罐的上部,且一个端部连接到储存容器的上部,
-用于对罐加压的装置包括罐加压线路,该罐加压线路在连接到罐的抽吸流体的第一端部与连接到罐的流体回流的第二端部之间包括流体加热构件和用于控制流体在所述加压线路中的循环的由一个或多个加热阀构成的组。
本发明还涉及一种用于填充液化气体储存容器的装置,该装置包括用于借助于压力差将液化气体转移到储存容器中的液化气体罐,该装置包括罐加压线路,该罐加压线路在连接到罐的抽吸流体的第一端部与连接到罐的流体回流的第二端部之间包括流体加热构件和用于控制流体在所述加压线路中的循环的由一个或多个加热阀构成的组,该装置还包括至少一个流体转移管,所述至少一个流体转移管包括连接到罐的第一端部和旨在连接到储存容器的第二端部,并且包括用于控制流体在所述转移管中的循环的由一个或多个转移阀构成的组,该装置包括由一个或多个传感器构成的组,用于测量罐和/或储存容器中的压力,该装置还包括流体转移管,该流体转移管的第一端部连接到罐的上端,而另一端部旨在连接到储存容器的上端。
根据其它可能的特定特征,该装置包括电子控制及数据处理和存储构件,其被配置为控制该组阀的至少一部分,该控制构件被配置为,在储存容器中的压力高于罐内的压力时,在将流体从罐转移到储存容器之前进行:打开该组的一个或多个转移阀,以便确保储存容器与罐之间的压力转移,以及在储存容器与罐之间的压力转移之后或期间,打开该组的一个或多个加热阀以便升高罐内压力,然后关闭该组的一个或多个加热阀并打开该组的一个或多个转移阀,以便确保借助于压力差将液化气体从罐转移到储存容器。
本发明还可以涉及在权利要求的范围内的包括上述或下述特征的任何组合的任何替代装置或方法。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的设备1包括用于充填液化气体储存容器2的装置。储存容器2例如是容纳液化氢的固定式绝热双壁真空储存容器。
设备1包括液化气体(例如液化氢)罐10,其例如由半挂车运载,并且旨在借助于压力差将液化气体转移至储存容器2。
罐10包括如上所述的加压加热器,即用于对罐10进行加压的加压线路3。该加压线路3在连接到罐10的抽吸流体的第一端部4(尤其是底部)与连接到罐10的流体回流的第二端部5(尤其是顶部)之间包括流体加热构件6(位于底部的大气热交换器等)和由一个或多个加热阀7、19构成的组。例如,加压线路3包括截止阀19(优选是手动控制的)和优选地是受控的和自动的加热阀7,该加热阀7用于控制流体在所述加压线路3中的循环(借助于热虹吸效应)。
装置1还包括至少一个流体转移管(并且在本例中为两个管8、9),每个流体转移管都包括连接到罐10的第一端部和旨在连接到储存容器2的至少一个第二端部。一个或多个转移管8、9可以通过适当的线路并联地连接到储存容器2的下端和/或上端。
该设备且尤其是每个转移管8、9包括一组转移阀11、12、13、14、15,用于控制流体在一个或多个转移管8、9中的循环。例如,连接到罐10的下端的第一转移管8包括两个串联的阀11,其可以分别由自动安全截止阀和手动操作截止阀组成。
同样,第二转移管9(连接到罐10的顶部)可包括两个串联的阀15,其可分别由例如自动安全截止阀和手动操作截止阀组成。
每个转移管8、9可具有挠性端,该挠性端将被连接到储存容器2的线路,从而允许其与储存容器的上端和/或下端连通。储存容器的线路有利地包括一组阀12、13、14,其可以是受控的或手动操作的阀。罐10和储存容器2可以包括常规的排气/保护阀装置。
因此,输送操作员可以将移动罐10的一个或多个转移管8、9连接到储存容器2的线路。如果储存容器2中的压力高于罐10中的压力从而因压力差而阻止进行转移,则操作人员可以打开阀14和15(从而使罐10的上部与储存容器2的上部处于连通)和/或打开阀13和11(从而使罐10的下部与储存容器2的下部处于连通),以便使罐10和储存容器2中的压力平衡。根据另一个非限制性选项,操作人员可以打开(连接储存容器2的上部的)阀14并(通过打开阀15)使用连接到罐的上部的管线9和/或(通过打开阀11和13)使用连接到罐10的下部的管线8。
当罐10内的压力达到或足够接近储存容器的压力(例如,5巴(bar)或更少的压力差(尤其是例如介于0.5bar至1bar之间的压力差)时,可以关闭转移阀11、15。
然后,操作人员可以打开加热阀7、19,以便通过启用加热线路来升高罐10内的压力。
当罐10内的压力充分超过储存容器2中的压力(例如,高出0.5bar至5bar,尤其是高出1bar至2bar)时,可以关闭加热阀7、19。然后可以打开转移阀11、15、12、13、14中的所有阀或一些阀,以便允许借助于压力差来填充储存容器。该填充可以包括从底部供应至储存容器2(对应的阀13打开)以便升高储存容器中的压力,和/或从顶部供应至储存容器2(对应的阀14打开)以便降低储存容器2中的压力。
应该注意的是,有利地,即使在使罐10和储存容器2中的压力平衡/相等的操作(阀11、15和14和/或13打开)期间,罐10内的压力也可以开始升高(启用加热线路)。这使得可以进一步加速罐10的加压。
罐10和/或储存容器2可包括由一个或多个压力测量传感器16、17构成的组。
该设备(例如,移动罐10或外部控制单元)可以包括被配置为控制所有或一些阀的电子控制及数据处理和存储构件18。该电子控制及数据处理和存储构件18可以包括微处理器、计算机或任何其它合适的装置。
该电子控制及数据处理和存储构件18可以控制装置的全部或一些阀或其它部件,并且特别是可以接收前述压力测量值以及充填或停止的指令。
该电子控制及数据处理和存储构件18可以使全部或一些上述手动操作自动化或对全部或一些上述手动操作进行控制。
因此,当将充填罐10连接到储存容器2以便对储存容器进行充填并且储存容器2中的压力高于罐10内的压力时,电子控制及数据处理和存储构件18可被配置为在将流体从罐10转移到储存容器2之前打开该组一个或多个转移阀11、15和14以便确保在储存容器2与罐10之间的压力转移。
如前所述,其目的是降低储存容器中的压力以补偿罐10。
当实现确定的压力平衡时,再次关闭这些阀以便使储存容器2和罐10隔离。在这种配置下(或甚至在这种压力转移结束之前),罐10的加压可以被激活(从而打开该组加热阀7、19以便如上所述升高罐10内的压力)。
当罐10内的压力达到充分高于储存容器2中的压力的值时,可以中断加压,并且可以借助于压力差来进行从罐到储存容器的液体转移。
因此,该方法和装置使得可以利用储存容器2中的压力来更快地对输送罐10进行加压。在某些情况下,估计每次输送节省的时间可能多达30分钟至2小时,尤其是在连续几次输送的情况下。
因此,罐10被相对冷的气体加压。因此限制了向罐10的能量添加。
Claims (10)
1.一种借助于液化气体罐(10)为储存容器(2)填充液化气体的方法,所述方法包括借助于压力差将液化气体从所述罐(10)转移到所述储存容器(2)中的转移步骤,其中在所述转移步骤之前,所述储存容器(2)的内部压力高于所述罐(10)的内部压力,所述方法在所述转移步骤之前包括通过压力均衡来使所述罐(10)和所述储存容器(2)处于流体连通以便确保所述储存容器(2)中的压力下降以补偿所述罐(10)的步骤以及使用加压装置(3,6)升高所述罐(10)内的压力的步骤,其中使所述罐(10)和所述储存容器(2)处于流体连通的步骤将所述储存容器(2)中的压力降低以补偿所述罐(10),降低到一确定的水平,其中所述储存容器(2)中的压力比所述罐(10)内的压力高出一确定的限定值,所述确定的限定值介于0.5bar至5bar之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使用加压装置(3,6)升高所述罐(10)内的压力的步骤与使所述罐(10)和所述储存容器(2)处于流体连通的步骤同时地进行和/或在使所述罐(10)和所述储存容器(2)处于流体连通的步骤之后在所述罐(10)与所述储存容器(2)之间的这种流体连通被中断的步骤期间进行。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,升高所述罐(10)内的压力的步骤将所述罐(10)内的压力升高到一确定的水平,其中所述罐(10)内的压力比所述储存容器(2)中的压力高出一确定的值,所述确定的值介于0.5bar至5bar之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,使所述罐(10)和所述储存容器(2)处于流体连通的步骤经由至少一个转移管(8,9)进行,所述转移管的一个端部连接到所述罐(10)的下部和/或上部,而另一端部连接到所述储存容器(2)的下部和/或上部。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,使所述罐(10)和所述储存容器(2)处于流体连通的步骤经由至少一个转移管(9)进行,所述转移管的一个端部连接到所述罐(10)的上部,并且一个端部连接到所述储存容器(2)的上部。
6.根据权利要求1或2或5所述的方法,其特征在于,用于对所述罐(10)进行加压的装置包括罐加压线路(3),所述罐加压线路(3)在连接到所述罐(10)的抽吸流体的第一端部(4)与连接到所述罐(10)的流体回流的第二端部(5)之间包括流体加热构件(6)和用于控制流体在所述罐加压线路(3)中的循环的由一个或多个加热阀(7、19)构成的组。
7.根据权利要求1或2或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定的限定值介于0.5bar至1bar之间。
