Description
入口が前記第1タンク装置の底部に接続され、出口が前記第1タンク装置の頂部に接続可能な第1熱交換ユニットを有する圧力蓄積システムが設けられている。
貯蔵タンクと供給タンクの接続により、WO 2008000898は、特に、エンジン用の燃料としてガスを使用する柔軟性において欠点を有している。
少なくとも一つのガス消費ユニットは、あらゆる状況において過剰なガスを排出することができるように設ける必要がある。
Claims (9)
- 液化ガスの貯蔵とピストンエンジンに使用されるガス燃料を供給するための燃料供給システムであって、前記燃料供給システムは、互いに接続される第1タンク装置及び第2タンク装置を有する少なくとも二つの低温燃料タンク装置を有し、前記燃料供給システムは少なくとも一つのピストンエンジンと第1端部で接続されるガス燃料供給ラインを有し、前記燃料供給システムにおける前記第1タンク装置には、入口が前記第1タンク装置の底部に接続され、出口が前記第1タンク装置の頂部と接続可能なる第1熱交換ユニットを有する圧力蓄積システムが設けられ、
前記第1タンク装置と前記第2タンク装置は共に圧力容器であり、
前記第1タンク装置は、前記第1タンク装置の頂部における出口から延びるガスラインによって前記ガス燃料供給ラインに選択的に接続可能とされている燃料供給システムであって、
液化ガスが前記第1タンク装置の底部へ又は前記第1タンク装置の上部に配置されたスプレー装置を通して前記第1タンク装置の残余スペース内へ選択的に導入されるように、前記第2タンク装置は前記第2タンク装置の底部の出口から前記第1タンク装置へ接続され、
前記第1及び第2タンク装置は、前記第1タンク装置の頂部の出口から及び前記第2タンク装置の頂部の出口から燃料供給ラインに延びるガスラインを通して互いに接続されていることを特徴とする燃料供給システム。 - 前記第2タンク装置は前記第2タンク装置の頂部の出口から前記燃料供給ラインへ選択的に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記第1タンク装置と前記第2タンク装置は、少なくともピストンエンジンに必要とされるガス供給圧力を留保するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記ピストンエンジンに必要とされるガス供給圧力は液化ガスの自然及び/又は強制蒸発によってのみ蓄積されるようにされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記燃料供給ラインは前記第1タンク装置の頂部に接続可能であり、第2熱交換ユニットが前記ピストンエンジンへの供給の前にガスを加熱するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 第1端部で少なくとも一つのピストンエンジンに接続される前記ガス供給ラインは、第2端部で前記第1タンク装置の頂部、第2タンク装置の頂部及び前記第1熱交換ユニットと接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 燃料供給システムを運転する方法であって、燃料が、互いに接続される第1タンク装置及び第2タンク装置を有する少なくとも二つの低温燃料タンク装置に貯蔵され、燃料がガス状でガス燃料供給ラインを通して少なくとも一つのピストンエンジンに供給され、
前記第1タンク装置の圧力が、入口が前記第1タンク装置の底部に接続され、出口が前記第1タンク装置の頂部に接続される第1熱交換ユニットを有する圧力蓄積システムによって維持され、
前記第1タンク装置と前記第2タンク装置は共に圧力容器であり、
前記第1タンク装置は、前記第1タンク装置の頂部における出口から延びるガスラインによって前記ガス燃料供給ラインに選択的に接続可能とされ、
液化ガスが前記第1タンク装置の底部へ又は前記第1タンク装置の上部に配置されたスプレー装置を通して前記第1タンク装置の残余スペース内へ選択的に導入されるように、前記第2タンク装置は前記第2タンク装置の底部の出口から前記第1タンク装置へ接続され、
前記第1及び第2タンク装置は、前記第1タンク装置の頂部の出口から及び前記第2タンク装置の頂部の出口から燃料供給ラインに延びるガスラインを通して互いに接続されている燃料供給システムを運転する方法であって、
前記燃料供給システムは、前記ピストンエンジンに要求されるガス供給圧力が前記第2タンク装置内で維持されるように運転され、ガス流量率の要求が前記第2タンク装置の供給ガス流量率を超えて増加したとき、前記第1タンク装置の前記圧力蓄積システムが、前記第1タンク装置内で要求されるガス流量率に適合するガス流量率が発生するように作動し、前記ピストンエンジンに要求されるガス供給圧力は、前記液化ガスの自然及び/又は強制蒸発によってのみ蓄積されることを特徴とする燃料供給システムを運転する方法。 - 前記ガスは前記ピストンへの供給に先立って加熱されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料供給システムを運転する方法。
- 少なくとも前記第1タンク装置内で発生するガス流量率に見合う量だけ液化ガスが前記第2タンク装置から前記第1タンク装置へ移送されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料供給システムを運転する方法。
