Description
Claims (13)
- バルブとともに用いられるための装置であって、
前記バルブは、タンクに取り付けられるために配置され、前記バルブは、前記タンクの内部に配置される上方部と、前記タンクの外部に配置される下方部と、を含んでおり、前記バルブの前記上方部および前記下方部は、前記タンクに係合可能なねじ切り体によって分離されており、
前記バルブの入口圧を検出する第一圧力センサと、
前記バルブの出口圧を検出する第二圧力センサと、
前記第一圧力センサおよび前記第二圧力センサを動作可能に連結した制御器と、を備えており、
当該制御器は、命令のセットを実行するために配置されるプログラム可能なプロセッサを含んでおり、当該命令のセットは、
前記第一圧力センサからの入口圧を取得することと、
前記第二圧力センサからの出口圧を取得することと、
前記入口圧および出口圧の圧力差を計算することと、
前記バルブが開いた状態、閉じた状態、または、中間のブリード状態を含む、前記バルブにおける複数の所定動作状態の一つに対応する前記バルブの態勢を決定するために、計算された前記圧力差と所定のバルブの開いたときの差圧とを比較することと、を含んでいる、
装置。 - 前記態勢は、流入を受けるように前記バルブが準備されているか否かを示している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブは、内部過剰流れバルブを備えている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブの前記上方部は、均一化部材およびポペットを備えている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記入口圧は、前記タンク内の圧力と実質的に等しい、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記制御器は、前記バルブの態勢に関するメッセージをユーザーへ伝達するものである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記制御器へ動作可能に連結されたディスプレイを含んでいる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブは、液化石油ガスを受けるものである、請求項7に記載の装置。
- バルブ装置において用いられる方法であって、
前記バルブの入口圧を取得し、
前記バルブの出口圧を取得し、
前記入口圧および出口圧の圧力差を計算し、
前記圧力差が、所定のバルブの開いたときの差圧に達しているかまたは超えているか、を最初に決定し、当該最初の決定に基づいて、その次に、前記バルブにおける複数の所定動作状態の一つに対応する、前記バルブの態勢を決定するために、前記圧力差と前記所定のバルブの開いたときの差圧とを比較し、
そして、オペレータへ前記バルブの態勢を伝達することを含み、
前記バルブにおける複数の所定動作状態の一つは、開いた状態、閉じた状態、または、中間の状態を含んでいる、
方法。 - 容器内に前記バルブを置くこと、
そして、前記算出および比較のステップで行われる、命令のセットを実行するために配置されるプロセッサを含む制御器を用いること、を含む、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記バルブの態勢は、流入を受けるように当該バルブが準備されているか否かを示している、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブにおける複数の所定動作状態に関してユーザーにメッセージを通信することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 内部に取り付けられたバルブの態勢を決定するための装置であって、当該バルブは、タンクに取り付けられるために配置され、当該バルブは、前記タンクの内部に配置される第一部位と、前記タンクの外部に配置される第二部位と、を含んでおり、
前記装置は、
前記バルブの入口圧を検出する第一圧力センサと、
前記バルブの出口圧を検出する第二圧力センサと、
前記第一圧力センサおよび第二圧力センサに動作可能に連結された制御器であって、当該制御器は、命令のセットを実行するために配置されるプロセッサと、を含んでおり、
当該命令のセットは、
前記第一圧力センサからの入口圧を取得することと、
前記第二圧力センサからの出口圧を取得することと、
前記入口圧および出口圧の圧力差を計算することと、
前記圧力差とバルブの開いたときの所定の差圧とを比較することと、
前記制御器を、前記圧力差が前記バルブの開いたときの差圧に達しているときには、オペレータにバルブを開くメッセージを送るようにさせることと、
前記制御器を、前記圧力差が前記バルブの開いたときの差圧を超えているときには、バルブを閉じるメッセージを送るようにさせること、を含んでおり、
それゆえ、前記オペレータは、前記バルブが開いているか閉じていることを決定することが可能である、
