Description
実施形態に係るコネクターセット10は、画像形成装置またはその他の電子機器において採用される。前記画像形成装置は、例えばプリンター、複写機または複合機などである。
以下、図3〜6を参照しつつ、前記片浮き状態の接続不良の検査を容易にするためのコネクターセット10の特徴について説明する。
実施形態に係るコネクター検査器具5は、コネクターセット10の接続状態を検査する器具である。以下、図7〜10を参照しつつ、コネクター検査器具5について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 長手方向に沿って並ぶ複数のレセプタクル端子、および、前記複数のレセプタクル端子に対し前記長手方向の両外側に位置し短絡された一対の予備端子を有するレセプタクルと、前記レセプタクルと接続されることにより前記複数のレセプタクル端子および前記一対の予備端子にそれぞれ接触する複数のプラグ端子および一対の中継電極を有するプラグと、からなるコネクターセットの接続状態を検査するコネクター検査器具であって、
前記一対の中継電極に接触させられる一対の検査端子と、
前記一対の検査端子に電圧を印加し、前記一対の検査端子の間の導通を検出する導通検出回路と、
前記導通検出回路を内包する本体筐体と、
前記本体筐体から延び出て形成され、前記一対の検査端子を支持する一対の端子支持部と、
前記本体筐体に設けられ、前記一対の端子支持部の一方または両方を、前記一対の検査端子の間隔が接近または離隔する幅方向に沿って変位可能に支持する変位機構と、を備えるコネクター検査器具。 - 前記一対の端子支持部が、
前記一対の検査端子を直接支持する一対の第1端子支持部と、
前記一対の第1端子支持部に対し前記本体筐体寄りに位置する一対の第2端子支持部と、
前記一対の第1端子支持部と前記一対の第2端子支持部とを、両者の成す角度を変更可能に連結する連結機構と、を備える、請求項1に記載のコネクター検査器具。 - 前記導通検出回路は、前記一対の検査端子の間の導通を検出したときに音響を出力する音響出力装置を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載のコネクター検査器具。
- レセプタクルおよびプラグからなるコネクターセットであって、
前記レセプタクルは、
長手方向に沿って並ぶ複数のレセプタクル端子と、
前記複数のレセプタクル端子に対し前記長手方向の両外側に位置し短絡された一対の予備端子と、
前記一対の予備端子を短絡する導電性の短絡部材と、を有し、
前記プラグは、
前記レセプタクルと接続されることにより前記複数のレセプタクル端子にそれぞれ接触する複数のプラグ端子と、
前記レセプタクルと接続されることにより前記一対の予備端子にそれぞれ接触する一対の中継電極と、を有するコネクターセット。
