Abstract
Description
熱膨張係数が各々4.15×10−6/℃、5.09×10−6/℃及び6.0×10−6/℃である黒鉛基材に、熱膨張係数が7.0×10−6/℃〜7.8×10−6/℃である炭化タンタルコーティングを形成し、炭化タンタルコーティング材料を製造した。(以下は、これをそれぞれ「実施形態1」、「実施形態2」及び「実施形態3」と表記する。)
熱膨張係数が7.8×10−6/℃である黒鉛基材に、熱膨張係数が7.0×10−6/℃〜7.8×10−6/℃である炭化タンタルコーティングを形成し、炭化タンタルコーティング材料を製造した。(以下は、これを「比較例1」と表記する。)
Claims (8)
- 炭素基材と、
前記炭素基材上に形成された炭化タンタルコーティングと、を含み、
前記炭素基材の熱膨張係数及び前記炭化タンタルコーティングの熱膨張係数の差が1.0×10−6/℃以上である、炭化タンタルコーティング材料。 - 前記炭素基材の熱膨張係数及び前記炭化タンタルコーティングの熱膨張係数の差が1.5×10−6/℃以上である、請求項1に記載の炭化タンタルコーティング材料。
- 前記炭素基材の熱膨張係数及び前記炭化タンタルコーティングの熱膨張係数の差が2.0×10−6/℃以上である、請求項1に記載の炭化タンタルコーティング材料。
- 前記炭素基材の熱膨張係数が4.0×10−6/℃〜6.0×10−6/℃である、請求項1に記載の炭化タンタルコーティング材料。
- 前記炭化タンタルコーティングの熱膨張係数が7.0×10−6/℃〜7.8×10−6/℃である、請求項1に記載の炭化タンタルコーティング材料。
- 前記炭素基材が、グラフィン、黒鉛及びフラーレンからなる群で選択された少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の炭化タンタルコーティング材料。
- 前記炭化タンタルコーティングが、0.1μm〜1.5μmの幅のクラックを含む、請求項1に記載の炭化タンタルコーティング材料。
- 前記炭化タンタルコーティング材料の曲げが、20μm以下である、請求項1に記載の炭化タンタルコーティング材料。
