Claims (12)
- パーキングブレーキ(9)を装備した車両の乗員保護装置を起動させるための方法において、
走行中にパーキングブレーキ(9)の操作により車両の減速が要求される場合、自動的に乗員保護装置(31)が起動され、初期位置から保護位置へ位置調節されるようにする、パーキングブレーキを装備した車両の乗員保護装置を起動させるための方法。 - 前記乗員保護装置がベルトテンションシステム(31)であって、該ベルトテンションシステム(31)の起動に伴って少なくとも一人の車両乗員(32)の安全ベルト(30)が引き締められることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記パーキングブレーキ(9)が、電気式のブレーキモータ(3)を備えた車両で電気機械式のブレーキ装置を有しており、前記ブレーキモータ(3)が、減速要求時にブレーキピストン(16)をブレーキディスク(20)に向かう方向に位置調節することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキピストン(16)が液圧式の車両ブレーキ(1)のホイールブレーキ装置(9)の一部であって、減速要求の場合に、前記ブレーキピストン(16)が前記車両ブレーキの液圧アクチュエータによって生ぜしめられる液圧式のブレーキ圧によって位置調節されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 減速要求の場合に前記ブレーキピストン(16)が前記電気式のブレーキモータ(3)によって位置調節されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 前記乗員保護装置(31)を、車両速度が速度限界値を上回るときにだけ起動させることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 車両を減速させるために、前記パーキングブレーキ(9)が手動で起動されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 例えば前記液圧式の車両ブレーキ(1)の故障時または部分故障時に緊急状況が検知されると、車両を減速させるために前記パーキングブレーキ(9)が自動的に起動されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記パーキングブレーキ(9)の操作の終了と共に、前記乗員保護装置(31)が保護位置から初期位置へ戻されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 閉ループ制御若しくは開ループ制御装置において、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実行するための、前記パーキングブレーキ(9)および前記乗員保護装置(31)の調節可能な構成要素を制御する閉ループ制御若しくは開ループ制御装置。
- 乗員保護装置と、特に電気機械式のブレーキ装置として構成されたパーキングブレーキ(9)と、前記パーキングブレーキ(9)および前記乗員保護装置(31)の調節可能な構成要素を制御するための請求項10記載の閉ループ制御若しくは開ループ制御装置(11)とを有する車両。
- プログラムコードを有するコンピュータプログラム製品において、前記プログラムコードは、前記コンピュータプログラム製品が請求項10記載の閉ループ制御若しくは開ループ制御装置(11)で実行されるときに、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法のステップを実行するために設計されている、プログラムコードを有するコンピュータプログラム製品。
