Description
噴流を生成するノズルと、
洗浄テーブルと、
前記ノズルを前記洗浄テーブルに対して相対的に移動できる移動装置と、
スタイラスを有し、前記スタイラスへ前記噴流が衝突した際に働く力の作用により接触信号を発するタッチプローブと、
前記噴流が前記スタイラスに近接するように前記移動装置を制御し、前記接触信号を受信する制御装置と、
を有する。
距離ΔZ5及び距離ΔZ7は、正規の噴流形状から算出される正常距離(第1正常距離)である。

Claims (4)
- 噴流を生成するノズルと、
洗浄テーブルと、
前記ノズルを前記洗浄テーブルに対して相対的に移動できる移動装置と、
スタイラスを有し、前記スタイラスへ前記噴流が衝突した際に働く力の作用により接触信号を発するタッチプローブと、
前記噴流が前記スタイラスに近接するように前記移動装置を制御し、前記接触信号を受信する制御装置と、
を有する、洗浄機。 - 洗浄台の検査位置へ設置可能な模擬ワークを有し、
前記タッチプローブは、前記模擬ワークに設けられる、
請求項1に記載の洗浄機。 - 前記タッチプローブは、前記接触信号を発する無線発信装置を有する、
請求項1又は2に記載の洗浄機。 - 前記制御装置は、前記接触信号を受信する受信装置を有する、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の洗浄機。
