ノズルの検査方法であって、
前記ノズルから噴流を生成し、
前記噴流がタッチプローブのスタイラスに近接するように、前記ノズルが移動し、
前記スタイラスへの力の作用により接触信号を発し、
前記噴流の軸線と前記スタイラスとが、正規の噴流形状から算出される第1正常距離以下に近接して初めて前記接触信号を受信する場合に、前記噴流が適合していると判断する、
ノズルの検査方法である。
距離ΔZ5及び距離ΔZ7は、正規の噴流形状から算出される正常距離(第1正常距離)である。

Claims (7)
- ノズルの検査方法であって、
前記ノズルから噴流を生成し、
前記噴流がタッチプローブのスタイラスに近接するように、前記ノズルが移動し、
前記スタイラスへの力の作用により接触信号を発し、
前記噴流の軸線と前記スタイラスとが、正規の噴流形状から算出される第1正常距離以下に近接して初めて前記接触信号を受信する場合に、前記噴流が適合していると判断する、
ノズルの検査方法。 - 更に、
前記噴流の軸線が前記スタイラスの表面から前記第1正常距離だけ離間する探索開始位置へ前記ノズルを移動し、
前記探索開始位置から、前記噴流の軸線が前記スタイラスの表面から前記第1正常距離だけ前記スタイラスの内側に位置する探索終了位置へ前記ノズルを移動し、
前記探索開始位置へ前記ノズルを移動する際に前記接触信号を受信せず、かつ、前記探索開始位置から前記探索終了位置へ前記ノズルを移動する際に前記接触信号を受信する場合に、前記噴流が適合していると判断する、
請求項1に記載のノズルの検査方法。 - 更に、前記噴流の軸線に垂直な方向に前記ノズルが移動する、
請求項1又は2に記載のノズルの検査方法。 - 更に、前記ノズルが回転する、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のノズルの検査方法。 - 更に、前記ノズルが前記スタイラスに近接するように、前記ノズルが移動し、
前記ノズルと前記スタイラスとが、正規のノズル形状から算出される第2正常距離以下に近接して初めて前記接触信号を受信する場合に、前記ノズルの形状が適合していると判断する、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のノズルの検査方法。 - 更に、円筒形状の前記スタイラスの上方から、前記ノズルが前記スタイラスの上面に移動し、
前記スタイラスの半径方向から、前記ノズルが前記スタイラスの円筒面に移動する、
請求項5に記載のノズルの検査方法。 - 更に、前記タッチプローブを固定した模擬ワークを洗浄装置の載置台へ載置し、
ノズルの噴流又は形状の検査後に、前記模擬ワークを前記載置台から取り外す、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のノズルの検査方法。
