Abstract
Description
図1から図4を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、配索構造に関する。図1は、実施形態に係る配索構造を示す斜視図、図2は、実施形態に係る配索構造の平面図、図3は、実施形態に係る導電体、規制部材、外装部材、およびカバー部材の斜視図、図4は、実施形態に係る配索構造の要部を示す平面図である。
実施形態の第1変形例について説明する。図5は、実施形態の第1変形例に係る第一保持部材の斜視図、図6は、実施形態の第1変形例に係る第一保持部材の断面図である。実施形態の第1変形例において、上記実施形態と異なる点は、例えば、カバー部材6が第一保持部材4の凹部49と係合する点である。
実施形態の第2変形例について説明する。図8は、実施形態の第2変形例に係る第一保持部材の断面図である。実施形態の第2変形例において、上記実施形態の第1変形例と異なる点は、例えば、カバー部材6が凸部69を有していない点である。
実施形態の第3変形例について説明する。導電体1は、例示したFFCには限定されない。導電体1として、丸電線や平型電線、その他の電線が用いられてもよい。規制部材2の形状は、上記実施形態で例示した形状には限定されない。規制部材2は、例えば、断面形状が矩形の板状部材であってもよい。ワイヤハーネスWHは、スライド式のシートと車体101側とを接続する用途に用いられてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 可撓性の導電体と、
前記導電体に沿って延在し、前記導電体の経路を規制する可撓性の規制部材と、
前記導電体および前記規制部材が挿通される可撓性の外装部材と、
前記外装部材に挿通可能な形状を有し、前記規制部材の端部に装着されたカバー部材と、
前記導電体における前記外装部材から突出している部分が配索される配索溝と、前記カバー部材を保持する保持部とを有する保持部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする配索構造。 - 前記保持部は、互いに対向しており、かつ前記カバー部材を保持する一対の壁部を有し、
一対の前記壁部の一方は、一対の前記壁部の他方に向けて突出した凸部を有し、
前記規制部材は、断面形状が湾曲形状である板状に形成され、
前記カバー部材は、前記規制部材の湾曲形状に対応した形状に形成され、かつ前記規制部材の端部が挿入される凹部と、前記凸部が挿入される溝部と、を有する
請求項1に記載の配索構造。 - 前記保持部材は、前記配索溝および前記保持部を有する本体と、前記本体に取り付けられて前記本体と共に筐体を構成する蓋部と、を有し、
前記本体および前記蓋部の少なくとも一方は、前記規制部材の幅方向に沿って凹んだ凹部を有し、
前記カバー部材は、前記凹部と係合する凸部を有する
請求項1または2に記載の配索構造。 - 前記凹部は、前記本体および前記蓋部の何れか一方に配置され、
前記凸部が一つである
請求項3に記載の配索構造。 - 前記凹部は、前記本体に形成された第一凹部および前記蓋部に形成された第二凹部を有し、
前記凸部は、前記第一凹部と係合する第一凸部および前記第二凹部と係合する第二凸部を有し、
前記第一凸部が前記第二凹部と係合不能であるか、または、前記第二凸部が前記第一凹部と係合不能である
請求項3に記載の配索構造。 - 前記保持部材は、前記配索溝および前記保持部を有する本体と、前記本体に取り付けられて前記本体と共に筐体を構成する蓋部と、を有し、
前記本体および前記蓋部の少なくとも一方は、前記カバー部材を保持する凹部を有する
