Claims (4)
- 予め定められた経路に沿って走行可能な複数の搬送車を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記経路に含まれる所定のループ経路において走行中の搬送車が停止中の別の搬送車に接近した場合に、停止中の当該別の搬送車に対して走行指令を送信する追い出し制御と、
物品を搬送させる搬送指令が割り付けられた搬送車が前記所定のループ経路に存在しない場合に、当該所定のループ経路を走行中の複数の搬送車に対して、走行を停止させる走行停止指令を順次に送信する走行停止制御と、を実行し、
前記追い出し制御では、
前記搬送指令が割り付けられた搬送車が前記所定のループ経路に存在する場合には、前記走行指令として、前記所定のループ経路に沿って第1距離走行させる第1走行指令を送信し、
前記搬送指令が割り付けられた搬送車が前記所定のループ経路に存在しない場合には、前記走行指令として、前記所定のループ経路に沿って前記第1距離よりも小さい第2距離走行させる第2走行指令を送信する、搬送車システム。 - 前記第1距離は、前記所定のループ経路を周回する距離である、請求項1に記載の搬送車システム。
- 前記経路は、複数の前記所定のループ経路を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の搬送車システム。
- 前記搬送車は、前記経路に沿って所定間隔で並ぶように設けられた複数のマークを読み取り、当該読取結果に基づいて前記経路上の位置を取得し、
前記第2距離は、複数の前記マークの間隔に対応する距離である、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の搬送車システム。
