Abstract
Description
図2に示されるように、本実施形態の高圧タンク10は、燃料電池車両に搭載される水素タンクとして用いられる容器であり、主として、容器本体12、繊維強化樹脂層14、口金16及び連結部材18を含んで構成されている。また、容器本体12は、胴部12Aとドーム部12Bと首部12Cとを含んで構成されている。なお、本実施形態では一例として、容器本体12をアルミ合金によって形成しているが、これに限定されない。例えば、強化樹脂によって容器本体12を形成してもよい。
次に、本実施形態の高圧タンク10の製造方法について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 円筒状の胴部と、該胴部の端部に半球状に形成されたドーム部と、該ドーム部から軸方向に延在された首部とを含んで構成された容器本体を形成する容器形成工程と、
前記容器本体の外周面に繊維を巻付けて前記容器本体の径方向に複数の繊維層を形成する巻付工程と、
前記繊維が巻付けられた前記容器本体を金型内に配置し、前記首部へ軸方向に樹脂を注入することで前記繊維を樹脂に含浸させる注入工程と、
を有する高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記巻付工程では、前記胴部及び前記ドーム部よりも前記首部における前記繊維層の厚みが厚くなるように前記繊維を巻付ける請求項1に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記首部に口金を組み付け、さらに高圧タンク同士を連結するための連結部材を組み付ける組付工程を備え、
前記連結部材には、組付け状態で軸方向から見て前記繊維層と重なるように軸方向に貫通した貫通孔が形成されており、
前記注入工程では、前記連結部材の前記貫通孔から樹脂を注入させる請求項1又は2に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記金型における前記容器本体の軸方向一方側には樹脂の注入部が設けられ、軸方向他端側には真空ポンプが接続されており、
前記注入工程では、前記注入部から樹脂を注入しつつ、前記真空ポンプによって減圧させる請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
