Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の射出装置において、前記加熱シリンダは前記支持位置においてフランジが形成されており、前記支持フレームにはフランジプレートが設けられ、前記フランジが前記フランジプレートに固定されることによって前記加熱シリンダが前記支持フレームに支持されていることを特徴とする射出装置として構成される。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項2に記載の射出装置において、前記フランジは所定の継手プレートが固定され、該継手プレートを介して前記フランジプレートに対して着脱自在に固定されるようになっており、該継手プレートと前記フランジプレートの一方もしくは両方にガイド部が形成されて、前記継手プレートが前記フランジプレートに固定されるとき前記ガイド部によって位置合わせされることを特徴とする射出装置として構成される。

請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の射出装置において、前記支持位置は前記加熱シリンダの後端部から前記加熱シリンダの長さの1/3〜2/3だけ先端部に寄った位置になっていることを特徴とする射出装置として構成される
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2に記載の射出装置において、前記フランジは所定の継手プレートが固定され、該継手プレートを介して前記フランジプレートに対して着脱自在に固定されるようになっており、該継手プレートと前記フランジプレートの一方もしくは両方にガイド部が形成されて、前記継手プレートが前記フランジプレートに固定されるとき前記ガイド部によって位置合わせされることを特徴とする射出装置として構成される。
Claims (3)
- 加熱シリンダと、該加熱シリンダ内で軸方向と回転方向に駆動可能に設けられているスクリュと、前記加熱シリンダを支持する支持フレームとからなる射出装置であって、
前記加熱シリンダは所定の支持位置において軸方向の移動と回転とが規制された状態で前記支持フレームに支持され、前記支持位置は前記加熱シリンダの後端部から前記加熱シリンダの長さの1/3〜2/3だけ先端部に寄った位置になっていることを特徴とする射出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の射出装置において、前記加熱シリンダは前記支持位置においてフランジが形成されており、前記支持フレームにはフランジプレートが設けられ、前記フランジが前記フランジプレートに固定されることによって前記加熱シリンダが前記支持フレームに支持されていることを特徴とする射出装置。
- 請求項2に記載の射出装置において、前記フランジは所定の継手プレートが固定され、該継手プレートを介して前記フランジプレートに対して着脱自在に固定されるようになっており、該継手プレートと前記フランジプレートの一方もしくは両方にガイド部が形成されて、前記継手プレートが前記フランジプレートに固定されるとき前記ガイド部によって位置合わせされることを特徴とする射出装置。
