Abstract
Description
特定材種物と、前記特定材種物以外の他材種物とが混在する選別対象から前記特定材種物と前記他材種物を選別する選別装置であって、
前記選別対象を載置状態で一方向の搬送方向に搬送し、先端部で前記選別対象を飛翔させる搬送部と、
前記搬送部の上部に配置されて前記選別対象の組成を識別する識別部と、
前記識別部での識別の情報を基に前記特定材種物に向けてパルスエアを噴射する噴射部と、
前記識別部での識別の情報を基に、前記搬送方向における前記特定材種物の後方延長線上にある前記特定材種物以外の他材種物の少なくとも前方に、非噴射領域を設けて、前記非噴射領域以外の噴射領域に前記噴射部からの前記パルスエアを噴射するように前記噴射部の制御を行う制御部とを備えている。
また、実験データから、非噴射領域33の飛翔方向の長さは、中央値+30%を上限値とし、中央値−30%を下限値としている。これは、非対象の樹脂小片32が、特定材種の樹脂小片に対して噴射されるパルスエアの影響を受けながらも、打ち落とされることはなく、そのまま飛翔を続ける範囲であり、非対象の樹脂小片32が図1Aに示す区画81Aに混入されないために、結果的に、区画81Aに選別回収される特定材種の樹脂小片30の純度が改善される。
回収率(%)=(仕切られた区画にて回収された樹脂小片のうち、特定材種の樹脂小片重量/選別前の全樹脂小片中に含まれる特定材種の樹脂小片重量)×100
と、定義している。

Claims (5)
- 特定材種物と、前記特定材種物以外の他材種物とが混在する選別対象から前記特定材種物と前記他材種物を選別する選別装置であって、
前記選別対象を載置状態で一方向の搬送方向に搬送し、先端部で前記選別対象を飛翔させる搬送部と、
前記搬送部の上部に配置されて前記選別対象の組成を識別する識別部と、
前記識別部での識別の情報を基に前記特定材種物に向けてパルスエアを噴射する噴射部と、
前記識別部での識別の情報を基に、前記搬送方向における前記特定材種物の後方延長線上にある前記特定材種物以外の他材種物の少なくとも前方に、非噴射領域を設けて、前記非噴射領域以外の噴射領域に前記噴射部からの前記パルスエアを噴射するように前記噴射部の制御を行う制御部とを備えている選別装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記特定材種物の後方延長線上にある前記特定材種物以外の他材種物の少なくとも前方に、前記非噴射領域を設ける領域設定部と、
前記非噴射領域以外の噴射領域に前記噴射部からの前記パルスエアを噴射する噴射指令部とを備える、請求項1に記載の選別装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記非噴射領域と前記噴射領域とが重なるか否かを判定する領域判定部をさらに備え、
前記非噴射領域と前記噴射領域とが重なったと前記領域判定部で判定した場合に、重なった領域を非噴射領域として前記領域判定部で設定する、請求項2に記載の選別装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記搬送方向における前方の前記特定材種物のサイズと後方の前記特定材種物以外の他材種物のサイズとの比によって、前記非噴射領域の範囲を設定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の選別装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記非噴射領域の飛翔方向の長さLの中央値は、前記搬送方向における前記後方の特定材種物以外の他材種物の飛翔方向の長さを前記前方の特定材種物の飛翔方向の長さで除した値であるRに対しての対数関数であり、前記長さLは、中央値+30%を上限値とし、中央値―30%を下限値とし、その範囲内として設定する、請求項4に記載の選別装置。
