Claims (15)
- 胴体に貫通形成された組立孔に第1密着体が備えられる第1密封キャップ、
前記第1密封キャップとの結合時に前記第1密着体が弾力的に接する端部に第1スリットラインを形成する第1弾性体を内部孔に挿入配置した第1内部連結体を備えて前記第1密封キャップと組み立てられる第1キャップ連結ハウジング、
前記第1キャップ連結ハウジングと一端が螺合され、前記内部孔と対応する第1連結孔を貫通形成した内部隔壁を内部に具備する第1ハウジング、
前記第1ハウジングの他端と一端が互いにねじ移動可能に螺合され、少なくとも一つの連通孔を貫通形成した中央隔壁を内部に具備して体液が満たされる中央ハウジング、
前記中央ハウジングの他端と一端が互いにねじ移動可能に螺合され、前記第1連結孔と対応する第2連結孔を内部に具備する第2ハウジング、
前記第2連結孔と対応する内部面から垂直に延びた中空支持体を備え、前記中空支持体に形成された貫通孔を通じて注入される体液をろ過するろ過体を備え、前記貫通孔と対応する内部孔に第2弾性体を挿入配置する第2内部連結体を備えて前記第2ハウジングの他端と螺合される第2キャップ連結ハウジング、
前記第2キャップ連結ハウジングとの結合時に第2スリットラインが形成された第2弾性体の端部に弾力的に接する第2密着体を備えて前記第2内部連結体と結合される第2密封キャップ、および
前記中央隔壁から第1連結孔側に向かって延びる第1ロッキングバーを備え、前記中央隔壁から第2連結孔側に向かって延びる第2ロッキングバーを備えて前記第1、第2ハウジングと中央ハウジング間の相互移動時に前記第1連結孔または第2連結孔を選択的に遮断したり開放する制御部を含む、体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。 - 前記第1密着体または前記第2密着体は前記第1密封キャップの組立孔または前記第2密封キャップの組立孔を通じて挿入されて、前記第1スリットラインまたは前記第2スリットラインを覆うように前記第1弾性体または前記第2弾性体に弾力的に接する密着板を端部に具備する一定の長さの延長バーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記延長バーには、前記第1密封キャップの組立孔または前記第2密封キャップの組立孔の外側縁と接する環状突出段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第1内部連結体は、前記第1密封キャップに形成された組立孔の外側縁から延びる結合部と結合される被結合部と、前記第1キャップ連結ハウジングの内部隔壁に形成された中央孔の外側縁から延びる連結部と一体に連結される被連結部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第1内部連結体は、前記被連結部と前記第1キャップ連結ハウジングの連結部が接する部位を超音波融着方式、ねじ締結方式、ボンディング接合方式のうちいずれか一つの方式で結合する独立型の構造物で備えられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第1キャップ連結ハウジングの連結部は、前記第1内部連結体の被連結部と接する環状装着溝を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第1内部連結体は、前記第1キャップ連結ハウジングの内部隔壁に形成された連結部から延びる一体型の構造物で備えられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第2内部連結体は、前記第2密封キャップに形成された組立孔の外側縁から延びる結合部と結合される被結合部と、前記中空支持体に形成された貫通孔の外側縁から延びる連結部と一体に連結される被連結部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第2内部連結体は、前記被連結部と前記中空支持体の連結部が接する部位を超音波融着方式、ねじ締結方式、ボンディング接合方式のうちいずれか一つの方式で結合する独立型の構造物で備えられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記中空支持体の連結部は、前記第2内部連結体の被連結部と接する環状装着溝を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第2内部連結体は、前記中空支持体に形成された連結部から延びる一体型の構造物で備えられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第1、第2ロッキングバーは、前記第1、第2連結孔にそれぞれの一端が対応挿入される第1、第2挿入バーと、前記中央隔壁に形成されるロッキングホールド部の固定孔にそれぞれ対応組み立てられる第1、第2固定バーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第1、第2ロッキングバーは、前記ロッキングホールド部の固定孔に接して係止されるように前記第1、第2挿入バーと第1、第2固定バー間の境界領域に形成される環状の第1、第2突出段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記第1、第2固定バーは、前記ロッキングホールド部の固定孔にそれぞれ対応組み立てられて、互いに重なりながら前記固定孔の断面状と同じ断面状で形が合うように胴体の一部が切開されて向き合う一対の平面部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
- 前記一対の平面部の一側の平面部には、一定の間隔をおいて突出形成される複数個の係止部を含み、残りの他側の平面部には前記係止部との係止によって係止力を発生させる複数個の被係止部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の体液細胞分離および濃縮キット。
