Claims (8)
- 一端に開口部が形成され電子部品が収容される筒形状の筐体と、封止リングが取り付けられる凹部が外周に形成され前記開口部に一端が挿入される筒形状のクランプと、前記凹部に取り付けられ前記筐体と前記クランプとの間に配置される封止リングと、を備えるセンサの製造方法であって、
筒形状の本体部と、前記本体部の一端側に位置し前記凹部の一部を構成する第1部分とを有する前記クランプの第1部品を、第1割り金型を用いて形成する工程を含み、
前記第1割り金型は、分割面が前記本体部と交わり、前記本体部の軸方向に沿って離間するように分割される、センサの製造方法。 - 前記凹部の他の部分を構成する前記クランプの第2部品を、前記第1部品と一体になるように第2割り金型を用いて形成し、前記凹部を設ける工程を更に含む、
請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記凹部を設ける工程は、前記第1部分の一部を前記第2割り金型に挿入し、挿入された前記第1部分の一部を覆うように前記第2部品を形成する工程を有する、
請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第1部分は、外周に段差を有し、
前記凹部を設ける工程は、前記段差を用いて前記第2割り金型の位置決めを行う工程を有する、
請求項2又は3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第1割り金型の分割面は、前記本体部の軸方向と直交する、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記封止リングは、Oリングである、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第1部品及び第2部品は、樹脂で形成されている、
請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記筐体の一端側に第1樹脂を充填する工程と、
前記筐体の他端側及び前記クランプの一部に第2樹脂を充填する工程と、を更に含み、
前記第1樹脂と前記第2樹脂との間には空隙が設けられている、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
