Abstract
Description
まず、図2の実線で示された状態、つまりスライドドア13が完全に開いている[全開状態]から、スライドドア13が閉じられるときの動作について説明する。
操作者により操作スイッチが「開操作」されると、ブラシレスモータ43が逆転駆動される。すると、図9(b)に示されるように、開側ドラム80が駆動ベルト90を介して矢印「開」の方向に回転駆動される。これにより、開側ケーブル24が、開側ドラム80の小径ケーブル溝84aから大径ケーブル溝83a(図8参照)に亘って徐々に巻き掛けられていく。よって、ローラアッシー15(図2参照)が車体後方に牽引され、スライドドア13は開方向に移動していく。

Claims (4)
- 開口部を開閉する開閉体を駆動する駆動ユニットであって、
前記開閉体を牽引するケーブルと、
前記ケーブルが巻き掛けられるケーブル溝を有するドラムと、
前記ドラムを回転させる電動モータと、
前記ドラムの軸方向一側に設けられる大径部と、
前記ドラムの軸方向他側に設けられ、前記大径部から前記ドラムの軸方向他側に向かうに連れて徐々に小径となった小径部と、
前記小径部に設けられ、前記ドラムの軸方向において隣り合う前記ケーブル溝の間に配置され、前記ケーブルの前記ケーブル溝からの脱落を防止する脱落防止壁と、を備えている、
駆動ユニット。 - 請求項1記載の駆動ユニットにおいて、
前記ドラムの径方向に沿う前記脱落防止壁の高さ寸法が、前記ケーブルの直径寸法よりも大きくなっている、
駆動ユニット。 - 請求項1または2記載の駆動ユニットにおいて、
前記小径部における前記ドラムの軸方向において隣り合う前記ケーブル溝の間隔の方が、前記大径部における前記ドラムの軸方向において隣り合う前記ケーブル溝の間隔よりも大きくなっている、
駆動ユニット。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動ユニットにおいて、
前記ドラムは、ハウジングの内部に回転自在に収容され、
前記ハウジングには、前記ドラムをその径方向外側から部分的に覆う被覆壁が設けられ、
前記脱落防止壁と前記被覆壁との間の隙間寸法が、前記ケーブルの直径寸法よりも小さくなっている、
駆動ユニット。
