Abstract
Description
例えば、特許文献1には、複数のノズルを使用して流動性の構成材料を堆積させることで層としてのビーズを形成し、該ビーズを積層して三次元造形物を製造する三次元造形物の製造方法が開示されている。
上記課題を解決するための本発明の第1の態様の三次元造形物の製造方法は、流動性の構成材料を用いてユニット層を積層して三次元造形物を製造する三次元造形物の製造方法であって、第1の厚さの第1層が積層される第1ユニット層を形成した後に、前記第1の厚さよりも厚い第2の厚さの第2層からなる第2ユニット層を前記第1ユニット層と隣接して形成することでユニット層を形成するユニット層形成工程を有し、前記ユニット層形成工程を複数回実行して前記ユニット層を積層することを特徴とする。
最初に、本発明の一の実施形態に係る三次元造形物の製造装置1の概要について図1から図4を参照して説明する。
ここで、図中のX方向は水平方向であり、Y方向は水平方向であるとともにX方向と直交する方向であり、Z方向は鉛直方向である。
マグネシウム(Mg)、鉄(Fe)、コバルト(Co)やクロム(Cr)、アルミニウム(Al)、チタン(Ti)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)の単一の金属、もしくは、これらの金属を1つ以上含む合金。マルエージング鋼、ステンレス鋼、コバルトクロムモリブデン鋼、チタニウム合金、ニッケル合金、アルミニウム合金、コバルト合金、コバルトクロム合金。

Claims (7)
- 流動性の構成材料を用いてユニット層を積層して三次元造形物を製造する三次元造形物の製造方法であって、
第1の厚さの第1層が積層される第1ユニット層を形成した後に、前記第1の厚さよりも厚い第2の厚さの第2層からなる第2ユニット層を前記第1ユニット層と隣接して形成することでユニット層を形成するユニット層形成工程を有し、前記ユニット層形成工程を複数回実行して前記ユニット層を積層することを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載された三次元造形物の製造方法において、
前記ユニット層形成工程は、前記第1ユニット層の構成材料と前記第2ユニット層の構成材料とを同一の射出部から射出させることで前記ユニット層を形成することを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載された三次元造形物の製造方法において、
前記ユニット層形成工程は、前記三次元造形物の表面を構成する部分に前記第1ユニット層を配置することを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載された三次元造形物の製造方法において、
前記ユニット層形成工程において、前記第1ユニット層の形成時における前記第1ユニット層の構成材料の粘度は、前記第2ユニット層の形成時における前記第2ユニット層の構成材料の粘度よりも高いことを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載された三次元造形物の製造方法において、
前記ユニット層形成工程は、前記第1ユニット層の構成材料と前記第2ユニット層の構成材料とを射出部から射出させることで前記ユニット層を形成し、
前記ユニット層形成工程において、前記第1ユニット層の形成時における前記第1ユニット層の構成材料の射出温度は、前記第2ユニット層の形成時における前記第2ユニット層の構成材料の射出温度よりも高いことを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載された三次元造形物の製造方法において、
前記第1ユニット層の構成材料と前記第2ユニット層の構成材料とは異なることを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載された三次元造形物の製造方法において、
前記ユニット層形成工程は、前記ユニット層を積層する積層方向において前記第1ユニット層と前記第2ユニット層とを互い違いに配置することを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。
