Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る分析装置1の外観の一例を示す斜視図である。図2は、分析装置1の内部の構成を示す模式図である。
図4は、キュベット供給装置30の構成の概略を示す斜視図である。キュベット供給装置30は、例えば空のキュベットBを投入する投入部130と、投入部130から投入されたキュベットBを貯留する第1の貯留部131と、第1の貯留部131から排出されたキュベットBを貯留する第2の貯留部132と、第2の貯留部132のキュベットBを搬送する搬送部133を備えている。
次に以上のように構成された分析装置1の動作(制御)について説明する。
上記実施の形態において、第1の貯留部131の排出口150からのキュベットBの落下を制御可能な排出制御部は、振動付与機構165を有するものであったが、他の機構を有するものであってもよい。

Claims (20)
- 検体を分析する分析部と、
前記検体を収容可能な容器を貯留可能であり、前記容器を排出可能な排出口を有する第1の貯留部と、
前記第1の貯留部の排出口から排出された前記容器を貯留可能な第2の貯留部と、
前記第2の貯留部に貯留された前記容器を前記第2の貯留部から搬出する搬送部と、
前記第1の貯留部の排出口からの前記容器の排出を制御可能な排出制御部と、を備えた、分析装置。 - 前記第2の貯留部は、前記第1の貯留部の排出口から落下した前記容器を貯留可能であり、
前記排出制御部は、前記第1の貯留部の排出口からの前記容器の落下を制御可能である、請求項1に記載の分析装置。 - 前記排出制御部は、前記第1の貯留部に貯留された前記容器に振動を付与する振動付与機構を有する、請求項2に記載の分析装置。
- 前記振動付与機構は、前記第1の貯留部に対して上方向に振動を付与する、請求項3に記載の分析装置。
- 前記振動付与機構は、前記第1の貯留部の排出口付近に設けられた振動板と、前記振動板を振動させる振動部材と、を有する、請求項3又は4に記載の分析装置。
- 前記振動板は、前記第1の貯留部の底部の少なくとも一部を構成している、請求項5に記載の分析装置。
- 前記振動板は、前記排出口の縁の少なくとも一部を構成している、請求項6に記載の分析装置。
- 前記振動板は、前記第1の貯留部の内部に面する上面と、前記排出口に面する側面を有し、前記排出口の縁の上端において前記上面と前記側面が滑らかに接続されている、請求項7に記載の分析装置。
- 前記振動部材は、前記振動板における前記第1の貯留部の内部に面しない裏面に設けられている、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の分析装置。
- 前記排出制御部は、前記第1の貯留部の排出口付近に設けられ、回転駆動する回転機構を有する、請求項1に記載の分析装置。
- 前記排出口は、前記容器の最大寸法をL、前記排出口の最大口径をDとしたときにL<D<2×Lの関係を満たす寸法を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の分析装置。
- 前記第1の貯留部は、前記第2の貯留部よりも多くの前記容器を貯留可能に構成されている、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の分析装置。
- 分析装置本体を覆う筐体をさらに備え、
前記筐体には、前記第2の貯留部にアクセス可能な扉が設けられている、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の分析装置。 - 前記搬送部による前記容器の搬送状態を検出可能なセンサと、
前記センサによる前記容器の搬送状態の検出結果に基づいて、前記排出制御部の動作を制御する制御部と、をさらに備えた、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の分析装置。 - 前記第1の貯留部に前記容器を投入するための投入部をさらに備えた、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の分析装置。
- 分析装置の制御方法であって、
検体を収容可能な容器を貯留された第1の貯留部から、前記容器を排出する工程と、
前記第1の貯留部から排出された前記容器を、第2の貯留部に貯留する工程と、
前記第1の貯留部の前記容器の排出を制御する排出制御工程と、を備える、分析装置の制御方法。 - 前記排出制御工程は、前記第1の貯留部に貯留された前記容器に振動を付与することにより行われる、請求項16に記載の分析装置の制御方法。
- 前記排出制御工程は、前記第1の貯留部に対して上方向に振動を付与することにより行われる、請求項17に記載の分析装置の制御方法。
- 前記排出制御工程は、回転機構を回転駆動することにより行われる、請求項16に記載の分析装置の制御方法。
- 前記排出制御工程は、前記容器の搬送状態に基づいて行なわれる、請求項16〜19のいずれかに記載の分析装置の制御方法。
