Claims (10)
- 導体が周回する周回部を有するコイルと、
金属磁性粒子を含んで形成され、前記コイルを内蔵し、前記コイルのコイル軸に略平行な第1表面と前記第1表面に略垂直に交わり、前記コイル軸に略垂直な1対の第2表面及び第3表面とを有する略直方体形状をした基体部と、
前記基体部の少なくとも前記第1表面から前記第2表面に延在して設けられ、前記コイルに前記第2表面で接続する第1外部電極と、
前記基体部の少なくとも前記第1表面から前記第3表面に延在して設けられ、前記コイルに前記第3表面で接続する第2外部電極と、を備え、
前記基体部は、前記第1外部電極の前記第2表面から最も離れた部分を通り前記第2表面に平行な仮想面と前記第2表面とで挟まれた第1領域、前記第2外部電極の前記第3表面から最も離れた部分を通り前記第3表面に平行な仮想面と前記第3表面とで挟まれた第2領域、及び前記第1領域と前記第2領域の間の第3領域を有し、
前記周回部は、前記第3領域に設けられるとともに、前記第1領域で1ターン以上周回して設けられている、コイル部品。 - 前記周回部は、前記基体部の前記第2表面側を始点とするターン数がnターン以上且つ(n+1)ターン未満の間を第(n+1)周回部分(nは0以上の整数)とする複数の周回部分を有し、
前記複数の周回部分のうちの隣接する周回部分の前記コイル軸に平行な方向の間隔をD、前記複数の周回部分のうちの第X周回部分(Xは1以上の整数)と前記第1外部電極の前記コイル軸に略平行な部分との最短距離をMXとした場合に、MX>X×Dの関係を満たす、請求項1記載のコイル部品。 - 前記複数の周回部分において前記第1外部電極の前記コイル軸に略平行な部分との距離が最も短い部分を最短距離部とした場合に、前記複数の周回部分のうちの第1周回部分から前記最短距離部が前記第1領域内に位置する最後の周回部分までの前記最短距離部と前記第1外部電極との最短距離は略一定になっている、請求項2記載のコイル部品。
- 前記周回部は、前記両端の一端から他端にかけて略同じ外径で周回している、請求項3記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の周回部分において前記第1外部電極の前記コイル軸に略平行な部分との距離が最も短い部分を最短距離部とした場合に、前記複数の周回部分のうちの第1周回部分から前記最短距離部が前記第1領域内に位置する最後の周回部分までの前記最短距離部と前記第1外部電極との最短距離は、前記第1周回部分から前記最後の周回部分にかけて順次大きくなっている、請求項2記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の周回部分のうちの前記第3領域内に位置する複数の周回部分と前記基体部の表面との最短距離は、前記最後の周回部分の前記最短距離部と前記第1外部電極との最短距離で略一定になっている、請求項5記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の周回部分のうちの前記第3領域内に位置する複数の周回部分と前記基体部の表面との最短距離は、前記第1領域側に位置する周回部分から中央に位置する周回部分に向かって、前記最後の周回部分の前記最短距離部と前記第1外部電極との最短距離以上の大きさになった後に小さくなってその後に略一定になっている、請求項5記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル軸は、前記基体部の長手方向に略平行となっている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルは、表面に前記導体が露出して形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品と、
前記コイル部品が実装された回路基板と、を備える電子機器。
