Abstract
Description
図1に示すすべり軸受1は、本発明の係るすべり軸受の一実施形態である。すべり軸受1は、円筒状の形状を有するメタル軸受であり、エンジンのクランクシャフト5のすべり軸受構造に適用されるものである。
図5に示す如く、上側半割部材2および下側半割部材3の元となるブランク材Bは、板状のバイメタルPを固定しておき、レーザー加工機の照射ヘッドHを所定の方向に走査しつつバイメタルPの表面所定位置にレーザーLを照射して、スリット状の形態に切り出される。この際、ブランク材BのレーザーLによる切断面には、端面から所定の範囲dでレーザー変質部Kが形成されている。レーザー変質部Kは、硬化部25・35となる部位であり、図2、図3に示すように上側半割部材2の端面2c・2dおよび下側半割部材3の端面3c・3dに現れる。

Claims (4)
- 円筒を軸方向と平行に二分割した一対の半割部材からなるすべり軸受であって、
前記半割部材の円筒軸方向の端面に硬化部を有する、
ことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 一体の円筒部材からなるすべり軸受であって、
前記円筒部材の円筒軸方向の端面に硬化部を有する、
ことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記硬化部は、レーザー変質部である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。 - 前記すべり軸受の外周面の円筒軸に平行な線に沿った形状において変曲点がない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のすべり軸受。
