Claims (9)
- エンジンと、
発電機能を有する第1モータと、
前記エンジンが連結された入力要素と、前記第1モータが連結された反力要素と、駆動輪にトルクを伝達可能に連結された出力要素とを有する差動機構と、
前記第1モータに電力を供給するとともに、前記第1モータが発電した場合に発電された電力が供給される蓄電装置とを備え、
前記差動機構は、前記第1モータから駆動トルクを出力して走行する際における前記駆動輪の回転数に対する前記第1モータの回転数である回転数比が第1所定値となる第1EV走行モードと、前記回転数比が前記第1所定値よりも小さい第2所定値となる第2EV走行モードとの二つのEV走行モードを設定可能であって、かつ前記EV走行モードで前記エンジンを始動する場合における前記第1モータの発電電力が、前記第1EV走行モードの方が前記第2EV走行モードより大きくなるように構成されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記第1EV走行モードと前記第2EV走行モードとを選択するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1EV走行モードと前記第2EV走行モードとを車速に応じて切り替わるように構成し、
前記第1EV走行モードもしくは前記第2EV走行モードで前記第1モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングして前記エンジンを始動する場合に、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が予め定められた閾値未満か否かを判断し、
前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が前記閾値未満であると判断された場合に、前記第1EV走行モードの設定を禁止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記閾値は、前記エンジンを前記第1EV走行モードで始動する場合に要する電力である
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記閾値は、第1閾値および第2閾値を含み、
前記第1閾値は、現在の前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力に対する閾値であって、
前記第2閾値は、前記第1閾値より大きい前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が変化した場合における閾値であり、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1EV走行モードもしくは前記第2EV走行モードで前記エンジンを始動する場合に、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力の変化を予測し、
前記予測された前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が前記第2閾値未満であるか否かを判断し、
前記予測された前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が、前記第2閾値未満であると判断された場合に、前記第1EV走行モードの設定を禁止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1EV走行モードで走行している場合に、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が前記閾値未満であると判断された場合に、前記第1EV走行モードの設定を禁止して前記第2EV走行モードを設定し、
前記第2EV走行モードで走行している場合に、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が前記閾値未満であると判断された場合に、前記第2EV走行モードを維持するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを前記第2EV走行モードから前記第1EV走行モードへの移行の過渡期に始動する場合に、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が前記閾値未満か否かを判断し、
前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が前記閾値未満であると判断された場合に、前記第1EV走行モードへの移行を中止し、かつ前記第2EV走行モードへ再度移行するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記蓄電装置は、出力密度およびエネルギ密度が異なる二つの蓄電デバイスを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを始動する場合に、前記蓄電装置における一方の蓄電デバイスにおける前記入力可能な電力が前記閾値未満であると判断された場合に、前記一方の蓄電デバイスの電力を前記蓄電装置における他方の蓄電デバイスに移動するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記ハイブリッド車両が減速して前記第1EV走行モードを設定する場合、前記ハイブリッド車両の停止を待って前記第1EV走行モードを設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記閾値は、前記車速に比例して変化するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記駆動輪にトルクを伝達可能に連結された第2モータを更に備え、
前記差動機構は、
第1入力要素、第1反力要素、および、第1出力要素の3つの回転要素によって差動作用を行う第1遊星歯車機構と、
第2入力要素、第2反力要素、および、第2出力要素の3つの回転要素によって差動作用を行う第2遊星歯車機構と、
前記第1入力要素と前記第2入力要素とを選択的に連結する第1係合機構と、
前記第2遊星歯車機構における少なくともいずれか2つの前記回転要素を選択的に連結して前記第2遊星歯車機構を一体化させる第2係合機構と、
前記エンジンおよび前記第1入力要素の回転を選択的に止める第3係合機構とを備え、
前記第1入力要素は、前記エンジンに連結され、
前記第1反力要素は、前記第1モータに連結され、
前記第1出力要素は、前記第2入力要素に連結され、
前記第2出力要素は、前記駆動輪側の部材に連結されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
