Abstract
Description
この目的のため、特に中間層の厚さおよび組成を最適化することができる。さらに、中間層は、アルミニウム本体からコンタクトゾーン内へのアルミニウムのクリープを防止することができる。
この場合、コンタクトゾーンを備えるソケットの側面に対応して、それぞれ少なくとも1つのコンタクトばね、好ましくは2つのコンタクトばねが、スリーブとは反対側へ延びることができ、ソケット空洞内へ湾曲することができる。これに関して、相手側コンタクトは特に、いくつかの側面から電気コンタクトによって接触されるプラグコンタクトおよび/または丸形コンタクトとすることができる。

Claims (14)
- 相手側コンタクト(16)と嵌合するための電気コンタクト(1)であって、
長手方向軸(L)に沿って延び、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から形成され、アルミニウム導体(6)への接続のための接続部(4)を備えるアルミニウム本体(2)と、
前記相手側コンタクト(16)への電気的接続のために前記アルミニウム本体(2)の表面(8)に配置されたコンタクトゾーン(10)と、
前記アルミニウム本体(2)に接続され、前記相手側コンタクト(16)に接触するためのコンタクト領域(14)を有する少なくとも1つのコンタクトばね(12)とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのコンタクトばね(12)は、前記コンタクトゾーン(10)に少なくとも部分的に静止し、前記アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金より硬い材料から形成されており、前記コンタクトゾーン(10)は、前記アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金より耐クリープ性の高い材料から形成されている、電気コンタクト(1)。 - 前記アルミニウム本体(2)は、打抜き曲げ部分(26)である、請求項1に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記アルミニウム本体(2)は、アルミニウム/マグネシウム合金から形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記コンタクトゾーン(10)は、貴金属(32)から形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記コンタクトゾーン(10)は、前記表面(8)と同一平面に配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記表面(8)と前記コンタクトゾーン(10)との間に中間層(36)が配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンタクトばね(12)は、前記コンタクトゾーン(10)と前記コンタクト領域(14)との間で弾性的に撓むことができる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記アルミニウム本体(2)は、形状嵌め要素を有していない、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記コンタクトゾーン(10)は、圧延クラッドによって前記アルミニウム本体(2)に設けられている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンタクトばね(12)は、スリーブ(40)とは反対側へ延び、前記スリーブ(40)は、前記アルミニウム本体(2)の自由端(18)に形状嵌めで接続されており、前記自由端は、前記接続部(4)とは反対側を向いている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンタクトばね(12)は、前記自由端(18)の周りに湾曲している、請求項10に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 前記アルミニウム本体(2)とは反対側を向いている少なくとも1つの外面(43)が、貴金属によって被覆されている、請求項10または11に記載の電気コンタクト(1)。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト(1)と、一体接合および/または形状嵌めで前記接続部(4)に接続されたアルミニウム導体(6)とを備えるコンタクト装置(3)。
- 前記アルミニウム導体(6)は、前記接続部(4)に溶接されている、請求項13に記載のコンタクト装置(3)。
