Abstract
【解決手段】アルミ電線用圧着端子1において、アルミニウム系金属の複数の素線からなる導体部を有するアルミ電線の導体部に圧着され、銅系金属からなる圧着部9と、この圧着部9の導体部と接触する接触面に設けられ、導体部に対して凝着作用を有するめっき層11と、このめっき層11の表面に設けられ、めっき層11よりも硬度が高い高硬度めっき層13とを有した。

Claims (3)
- アルミニウム系金属の複数の素線からなる導体部を有するアルミ電線の前記導体部に圧着され、銅系金属からなる圧着部と、
この圧着部の前記導体部と接触する接触面に設けられ、前記導体部に対して凝着作用を有するめっき層と、
このめっき層の表面に設けられ、前記めっき層よりも硬度が高い高硬度めっき層と、
を有することを特徴とするアルミ電線用圧着端子。 - 前記めっき層は、錫系金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアルミ電線用圧着端子。
- 前記高硬度めっき層は、前記めっき層の厚さよりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のアルミ電線用圧着端子。
