図2に示すように、弁装置1は、ハウジング20、バルブ部材30、ガイド部材40、第1スプリング51、第2スプリング52およびバルブ制御部60を備える。
第2実施形態では、ガイド部材およびハウジングの形態が異なる点を除き、第1実施形態と同様である。

Claims (9)
- 流体が通過可能な入口流路(211)、前記入口流路に対して交差する方向に延びて、前記入口流路を流れた流体が通過可能な出口流路(231)を含む出口管(23)、前記入口流路および前記出口流路に連通可能な中間流路(25)、および、前記入口流路側に形成される底部(27)の内面である弁座(26)を有し、有底筒状に形成されているハウジング(20、220)と、
前記ハウジング内を移動可能であり、前記弁座に接触したとき、前記中間流路に流れる流体を遮断し、前記弁座と離間したとき、前記中間流路を経由して、前記出口流路に流体が流れるバルブ部材(30)と、
前記バルブ部材とともに前記ハウジング内を移動可能であり、前記出口管側であって、前記出口管に対して交差する方向に延びている壁部(47、247、347、447、547)を有するガイド部材(40、240、340、440、540)と、
前記ガイド部材の移動を制御可能なバルブ制御部(60)と、
を備え、
前記出口管の軸を出口流路軸(Co)とし、前記出口管の径方向における前記出口流路の断面を出口流路断面(232)とし、前記出口流路断面の面積を出口流路面積(So)とし、前記出口管の軸方向から視認した場合において、前記出口流路断面を前記壁部に投影したときに、前記出口流路断面が前記壁部に重なる部分の面積を重複面積(Sd、Sd1、Sd2)とすると、
前記ハウジングおよび前記ガイド部材は、前記重複面積が前記出口流路面積の半分以下となるように、形成されている弁装置。 - 前記壁部は、前記弁座に対向する対向壁面(473)、前記対向壁面に隣接し、前記出口管側に位置する第1側壁面(471)および前記対向壁面に隣接し、前記第1側壁面とは反対側に形成されている第2側壁面(472)を含み、
前記出口管の内面(234)を延長した面を仮想内面(235)とし、前記出口流路軸を通過する面を仮想中心面(236)とすると、
前記第1側壁面の少なくとも一部は、前記仮想内面および前記仮想中心面の間に、位置し、
前記第2側壁面は、前記仮想内面に対して、前記出口管の径方向外側に位置する請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記壁部は、前記弁座に対向する対向壁面(473)、前記対向壁面に隣接し、前記出口管側に位置する第1側壁面(471)および前記対向壁面に隣接し、前記第1側壁面とは反対側に形成されている第2側壁面(472)を含み、
前記出口管の内面(234)を延長した面を仮想内面(235)とすると、
前記第1側壁面および前記第2側壁面は、前記仮想内面に対して、前記出口管の径方向外側に位置する請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記ガイド部材は、複数の切り欠き(433)を有する請求項2または3に記載の弁装置。
- 前記壁部は、前記弁座に対向する対向壁面(473)を含み、
前記対向壁面は、前記出口流路軸に対して前記弁座とは反対側に位置する請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記壁部は、前記ガイド部材の径方向の断面において、環状となるように、形成されている請求項5に記載の弁装置。
- 前記ハウジングに相対して前記ガイド部材が周方向に回転することを規制可能な回転規制部(81、82、281、282、381、382、481)をさらに備える請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記ガイド部材は、有底筒状に形成されるガイド挿入部(42)を前記弁座とは反対側に有し、
前記バルブ制御部は、筒状に形成されており、前記ガイド挿入部が挿入されているロッド部(61)を有し、
前記回転規制部(81、281、381、481)は、前記ガイド挿入部および前記ロッド部に形成されている。請求項7に記載の弁装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記弁座に隣接するハウジング内側面(201)を有し、
