−前記ガラスリングを焼結するステップ(106)と、
−前記導体に前記ガラスリングを備えるステップ(108)と、
−前記ガラスリングを前記導体に溶融するステップと、
−前記溶融によって前記導体および前記管状要素を前記ガラスリングに気密に封止するステップ(110)と、
を含んでいる方法。 - 前記ガラス粉末に着色成分が添加される、
