Claims (20)
- ケーブル;および
前記ケーブルと連結されるコネクタ;を含み、
前記コネクタは、
接地電極を含む印刷回路基板(PCB)、
前記PCBを内部に収容するように設けられ、前記PCBの実装面と向かい合う第1面と、前記PCBの前記実装面に対して垂直な第2面を含むシールドケース、および
前記シールドケースの内部に収容され、前記シールドケースを接地させるように前記接地電極および前記シールドケースの前記第2面と接触するように設けられる弾性部材を含む、ケーブル装置。 - 前記ケーブルは、
電力を伝送するように設けられる導電体と、光信号を伝送するように設けられる光ファイバーを含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル装置。 - 前記弾性部材および前記シールドケースは、接触によって電気的に連結されるように導電性材質を含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記ケーブルは、
前記導電体と前記光ファイバーを内部に収容し、光が透過する被覆をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のケーブル装置。 - 前記弾性部材はシールドケースに収容される時、圧縮変形されるように変形可能である請求項1に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記弾性部材の少なくとも一部分は、前記シールドケースの前記第2面に接触するように、前記PCBの実装面の外側に突出するように設けられる、請求項1に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記接地電極と電気的に連結されるように前記PCB上に表面実装(SMT)される、請求項6に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、
前記接地電極と電気的に連結されるように前記PCBに表面実装(SMT)されるマウンティング部、
前記シールドケースの前記第2面に接触するように、前記マウンティング部から折り曲げられて、前記PCBの前記実装面から外側に突出するように設けられるベンディング部、および
前記ベンディング部から延びる延長部を含む請求項1に記載のケーブル装置。 - 前記弾性部材の前記PCBの実装面に対して平行な方向への長さは、前記弾性部材の前記実装面に対して垂直な方向への長さより大きく設けられる、請求項6に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記コネクタは、
前記PCBに実装される光学素子と、
前記PCBに実装され、前記光学素子を制御するように設けられる駆動集積回路(IC)を含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル装置。 - 前記光学素子および前記駆動ICは、前記PCBにダイボンディングにより実装される、請求項10に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記弾性部材の前記PCBの実装面に対して垂直な方向への高さは、前記弾性部材が前記光学素子の前記PCBへのダイボンディングを妨害しないように約1mm以下に設けられる、請求項11に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記コネクタは、
前記シールドケースを内部に収容するように設けられ、絶縁材質を含む外部ケース、および
前記PCBと連結され、外部装置の連結部と前記コネクタを連結するように設けられるプラグを含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル装置。 - ケーブル装置であって、
電力を伝送するように設けられる伝導体を備えたケーブル;
前記ケーブルに連結されるコネクタ;を含み、
前記コネクタは、
接地電極を備える印刷回路基板(PCB)と、
前記PCBのすべての側方を被覆するシールドケースと、
前記PCBに搭載され、前記接地電極及び前記シールドケースを接触させて前記シールドケースを接地させる弾性部材とを備えるケーブル装置。 - 前記ケーブルは、光信号を送信するように設けられる光ファイバを備え、コーティングが、前記伝導体及び前記光ファイバを収容して前記伝導体及び前記光ファイバを保護し、
前記コーティングは、透明である請求項14に記載のケーブル装置。 - 前記シールドケースは、前記PCBの搭載面に対向する第1面と、前記PCBの前記搭載面に直交する第2面とを備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記第2面に接触する請求項14に記載のケーブル装置。 - 前記弾性部材の少なくとも一部は、前記PCBの前記搭載面から外側に突出して前記第2面に接触する請求項16に記載のケーブル装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、
外力によって弾性変形可能な弾性部と、
前記弾性部の外面を被覆し、導電性を有する外側部と、
前記外側部の少なくとも一部として設けられ、接着強度で前記接地電極に接触する接着部とを備える請求項14に記載のケーブル装置。 - ケーブル装置であって、
導電体と、
前記導電体を被覆する透明コーティングとを備える
ケーブル;
接地電極を備える印刷回路基板(PCB)と、
導電性を有し、前記PCBの収容されるシールドケースと、
前記シールドケースに収容され、前記接地電極を前記シールドケースに電気的に接続し、前記PCBと前記シールドケースとの間で圧縮変形される弾性部材とを備える、前記ケーブルに連結されるコネクタ;を含むケーブル装置。 - 前記シールドケースは、前記PCBの搭載面に対向する第1面を備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記接地電極及び前記第1面に接触する請求項19に記載のケーブル装置。
