Claims (10)
- 患者の血管系内へと搬送カテーテルを導入するためのデバイスであって、
基端チューブ部分、基端止血シール、先端チューブ部分及び先端止血シールを備える導入器であって、前記基端チューブ部分が、前記基端止血シールが開くように前記基端止血シールを通って配置されるように構成され、前記先端チューブ部分が、前記先端止血シールが開くように前記先端止血シールを通って配置されるように構成される、導入器と;
先端部分を備える搬送カテーテルであって、前記先端部分が、前記基端チューブ部分を通ってかつ開いた前記基端止血シールを通って先端向きに挿入するように構成され、このため、前記搬送カテーテルの前記先端部分上に取り付けられた医療デバイスが、前記基端止血シールと前記先端止血シールとの間に配置される、搬送カテーテルと;
を備え、
前記搬送カテーテルが、前記医療デバイスが前記先端チューブ部分を通ってかつ開いた前記先端止血シールを通って前記患者の血管系内に先端向きに移動するように、先端向きに前進するように構成されていることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記医療デバイスが、前記患者の心臓内に埋設するための径方向に収縮したプロテーゼ的心臓バルブを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基端止血シールが開いている間に、前記先端止血シールが閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記先端止血シールが開いている間に、前記基端止血シールが前記搬送カテーテルの一部分の周りで閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基端チューブ部分及び前記先端チューブ部分が、同じチューブのパーツであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基端チューブ部分及び前記先端チューブ部分が、互いに独立して移動することができる2つの異なるチューブのパーツであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記導入器の前記基端部分が、前記基端止血シールを通って前記導入器の前記基端チューブ部分を配置するために、前記導入器のメインハウジング部分に対して先端向きに移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記導入器が、前記基端止血シールを通って前記導入器の前記基端チューブ部分を配置するために、前記基端止血シールに対して基端向きに移動するように構成されたシャトルをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記導入器が、前記先端止血シールに対して先端向きに移動するように構成されたシャトルをさらに備え、このため、シャトルシースの先端部が、前記先端止血シールを通って先端向きに移動し、前記導入器の前記先端チューブ部分が、前記先端止血シールを通って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記先端チューブ部分が、前記先端止血シールが閉じるように、前記先端止血シールから基端向きに移動するようにさらに構成され、
前記搬送カテーテルが、前記医療デバイスが前記先端チューブ部分内に配置されるように前記患者の血管系から基端向きに後退するようにさらに構成され、かつ前記医療デバイスが前記基端チューブ部分を通ってかつ開いた前記基端止血シールを通って前記導入器から基端向きに移動するように基端向きにさらに後退するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
