Claims (12)
- 患者の血管系内へとカテーテルを導入するためのデバイスであって、
ハウジングと;
前記ハウジングよりも先端側に配置された先端シースであって、前記ハウジングを患者の血管系の外部に配置した状態で、患者の血管系内へと挿入され得るよう構成された、先端シースと;
前記ハウジング内に取り付けられた止血シールと;
前記ハウジング内に配置されかつ前記止血シールに対して基端位置と先端位置との間で長手方向に移動可能とされたチューブを備えるシャトルであって、前記基端位置においては、前記チューブの先端部が、前記止血シールよりも基端側に配置され、これにより、前記止血シールが閉状態とされており、前記先端位置においては、前記チューブの前記先端部が、前記止血シールを通して延在している、シャトルと;
前記シャトルと前記ハウジングとの間に配置されたスプリングであって、前記スプリングが、前記チューブが前記先端位置にあるときに圧縮され、前記スプリングが、前記ハウジングに対して基端向きに前記シャトルを付勢し、前記止血シールを前記先端位置から前記基端位置に向けて付勢する、スプリングと、
を具備し、
前記シャトルが、ユーザーが前記チューブを前記基端位置と前記先端位置との間で移動させることを可能とするために、前記ハウジング内で前記チューブに連結されかつ前記ハウジングの周りに配置されたアクチュエータをさらに備えていることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記アクチュエータが、前記ハウジング上をスライドする外側円筒形状部分を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記スプリングが、前記チューブの周りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記シャトルが、前記チューブが前記先端位置にある状態で、前記ハウジングに対してロック可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記止血シールが、ガイドワイヤ通路を備え、前記ガイドワイヤ通路が、前記止血シールを通して延在するガイドワイヤの周囲を止血的にシールし得るよう構成され、前記止血シールが、前記ガイドワイヤ通路の近傍に1つまたは複数のフラップを備え、前記1つまたは複数のフラップが、前記止血シールを通して何も延在していないときに、止血的なシールを行い得るよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 患者の血管系内へとカテーテルを導入するためのシステムであって、
埋設可能医療デバイスを付帯するカテーテルと;
搬送デバイスであって、
ハウジングと;
前記ハウジングよりも先端側に配置された先端シースであって、前記先端シースが、前記ハウジングを患者の血管系の外部に配置した状態で、患者の血管系内へと挿入され得るよう構成され、前記先端シースが、患者の血管系内へと前記カテーテルをガイドするように構成されている、先端シースと;
前記ハウジング内に取り付けられた止血シールと;
前記ハウジング内に配置されかつ前記止血シールを通して前記カテーテルをガイドするように構成されたチューブを備えるシャトルであって、前記シャトルが、前記止血シールに対して基端位置と先端位置との間で長手方向に移動可能であり、前記基端位置においては、前記チューブの先端部が、前記止血シールよりも基端側に配置され、これにより、前記止血シールが閉状態とされており、前記先端位置においては、前記チューブの前記先端部が、前記カテーテルが前記止血シールを通過することを可能とするために、前記止血シールを通して延在している、シャトルと;
前記シャトルと前記ハウジングとの間に配置されたスプリングであって、前記スプリングが、前記チューブが前記先端位置にあるときに圧縮され、前記スプリングが、前記シャトルを前記先端位置から前記基端位置に向けて付勢する、スプリングと;
を具備する、
搬送デバイスと;
を具備し、
前記シャトルが、ユーザーが前記シャトルを前記基端位置と前記先端位置との間で移動させることを可能とするために、前記ハウジング内で前記チューブに連結されかつ前記ハウジングの周りに配置されたアクチュエータをさらに備えていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記スプリングが、前記チューブの周りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャトルが、前記チューブが前記先端位置にある状態で、前記ハウジングに対してロック可能であり、前記チューブが前記先端位置にある状態で前記シャトルがロックされる間に、前記カテーテルが、前記搬送デバイスを通じて前記患者内に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルの先端部が前記チューブ内に配置されると、前記チューブが、前記先端位置に移動可能であり、前記カテーテルの前記先端部が、前記止血シールに接触することなく、前記チューブから前記先端シース内に先端向きに前進させられることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記搬送デバイスは、前記カテーテルが、前記埋設可能医療デバイスが前記止血シールに接触することなく、前記搬送デバイスを通して患者の血管系内に導入されかつ前記搬送デバイスを通して患者の血管系から回収されることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記チューブが前記先端位置にありかつ前記チューブの前記先端部が前記止血シールを通して延在している状態においては、搬送カテーテル上に付帯された前記埋設可能医療デバイスが、前記チューブ周りにおいて前記止血シールを開放状態に維持したままで、前記先端シースを通して患者の血管系から前記チューブ内へと基端向きに後退可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記止血シールが、ガイドワイヤ通路を備え、前記ガイドワイヤ通路が、前記止血シールを通して延在するガイドワイヤの周囲を止血的にシールし得るよう構成され、前記止血シールが、前記ガイドワイヤ通路の近傍に1つまたは複数のフラップを備え、前記1つまたは複数のフラップが、前記止血シールを通して何も延在していないときに、止血的なシールを行い得るよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
