Abstract
Description
本発明のクロミア質れんがによれば、クロミアの含有量を増大させ、耐食性を向上させるとともに、良好な耐熱スポーリング性を有し、耐食性と耐熱スポーリング性とを両立させて具備するクロミア質れんがとすることができる。本発明のクロミア質れんがは、廃棄物溶融炉、製銑用設備、有機物のガス化炉及びガラス溶解炉における耐食性が要求される部位に好適に用いることができる。
より耐食性を向上させる観点からは、クロミア質れんががZrO2を含有しない構成を採用することもできる。このとき、Cr2O3を88〜98質量%とし、前述の実施形態のクロミア質れんがと同様の理由により、原料として配合するリン酸塩由来であるP2O5は1.5〜3.0質量%、Al2O3は10質量%以下、その他、焼結助剤成分及び不可避成分を含む構成とすることが好ましい。また、前述の実施形態のクロミア質れんがと同様にリン酸塩としてリン酸アルミニウムを使用する事が好ましい。
また、比較例4から、Al2O3の成分値が10%を超えると比較例1と同程度の耐熱スポーリング性となることがわかる。
Claims (8)
- クロミアを主成分とするクロミア質れんがであって、
Cr2O3を70〜95質量%と、
ZrO2を0.5〜15質量%と、
原料として配合するリン酸塩由来であるP2O5を0.4〜4.0質量%と、
10質量%以下のAl2O3と、
焼結助剤成分及び不可避成分と、を含むことを特徴とするクロミア質れんが。 - Cr2O3を75〜95質量%と、
ZrO2を0.5〜14質量%と、
原料として配合するリン酸塩由来であるP2O5を1.5〜3.0質量%と、
8質量%以下のAl2O3と、
焼結助剤成分及び不可避成分と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクロミア質れんが。 - 前記リン酸塩は、リン酸アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のクロミア質れんが。
- ZrO2原料として、粒径が0.1〜3mmのジルコニアムライト及び粒径が0.074mm以下のバテライトからなる群から選択される1種または2種を使用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のクロミア質れんが。
- 気孔率が10〜20%であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のクロミア質れんが。
- 廃棄物溶融炉、製銑用設備、有機物のガス化炉及びガラス溶解炉における耐食性が要求される部位に用いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のクロミア質れんが。
- クロミアを主成分とするクロミア質れんがであって、
Cr2O3を88〜98質量%と、
原料として配合するリン酸塩由来であるP2O5を1.5〜3.0質量%と、
10質量%以下のAl2O3と、
焼結助剤成分及び不可避成分と、を含むことを特徴とするクロミア質れんが。 - 前記リン酸塩は、リン酸アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のクロミア質れんが。
