Claims (12)
- 電力の供給時に熱を放出する炭素フェルト部と、
前記炭素フェルト部の両端に備えられ、電源と電気的に連結可能な電源連結部とを含み、
前記炭素フェルト部の空隙の少なくとも一部が樹脂又はポリマーで満たされたことを特徴とする、炭素フェルト発熱装置。 - 前記樹脂又は前記ポリマーが前記空隙を多く満たすほど前記炭素フェルト部の壊れる程度が減少することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記炭素フェルト部が挿入できるように前記炭素フェルト部の形状に対応するホール又は溝を有するハウジングをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記ハウジングの外部に露出された前記炭素フェルト部の表面及び前記ハウジングの外側面には防水性絶縁層が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記防水性絶縁層上に配置された基材部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記炭素フェルト部及び前記電源連結部は防水性絶縁物質で包まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記電源連結部に電気的に連結されて電力を供給するバッテリー部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記バッテリー部を充電する無線充電モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記バッテリー部と電気的に連結された第1マグネットコネクターをさらに含み、
前記第1マグネットコネクターは、充電用電源を前記バッテリー部に供給するために、前記充電用電源と電気的に連結された第2マグネットコネクターに着脱可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。 - 前記炭素フェルト部にホールが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。
- 前記炭素フェルト部は複数の単位炭素フェルトを含み、
前記複数の単位炭素フェルトは前記電源に対して直列で又は並列で連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭素フェルト発熱装置。 - 炭素フェルトを樹脂分散溶液又はポリマー分散溶液に含浸する段階と、
樹脂又はポリマーが空隙に満たされた前記炭素フェルトを乾燥させる段階と、
前記樹脂又は前記ポリマーが充填された前記炭素フェルトの両端に電源連結部を取り付ける段階と、
を含む、炭素フェルト発熱装置の製造方法。
