- 輻射面材と、ヒータ素子を有する輻射ヒータであって、
上記輻射面材と上記ヒータ素子が一体化しており、
上記輻射面材が、耐炎化繊維の布体からなる輻射ヒータ。 - 請求項1記載の輻射ヒータであって、
断熱材を有し、上記ヒータ素子が、上記輻射面材と上記断熱材とによって挟持されている輻射ヒータ。 - 請求項2記載の輻射ヒータであって、
上記断熱材が、発泡シリコーンゴムからなる輻射ヒータ。 - 請求項2記載の輻射ヒータであって、
上記断熱材の表面に金属層が形成されており、上記金属層が上記ヒータ素子に接している輻射ヒータ。 - 請求項4記載の輻射ヒータであって、
上記金属層が金属の蒸着層または金属の吹き付け層である輻射ヒータ。 - 請求項1~5何れか記載の輻射ヒータであって、
上記ヒータ素子がコード状ヒータであり、蛇行形状に配設されている面状の輻射ヒータ。
