Description
また、上記導体素線を複数本有し、該導体素線が絶縁被膜により被覆されていることが考えられる。
本発明による面状ヒータは、上記のコード状ヒータが基材に配設されていることを特徴とするものである。
また、上記基材が空隙を有する構造のものであり、上記外層被覆の少なくとも一部が上記基材の空隙間に侵入しており、上記内層被覆が上記基材の空隙間に侵入していないことが考えられる。
また、上記内層被覆の断面形状が略円形を保持していることが考えられる。
本発明による面状ヒータの製造方法は、導体素線と、該導体素線の外周に形成された内層被覆と、該内層被覆の外周に形成された外層被覆を有するコード状ヒータを、空隙を有する構造の基材上に配置し、加熱加圧によって、上記内層被覆を略溶融させずに上記外層被覆を溶融させて、上記外層被覆を上記基材の空隙間に侵入させ、上記コード状ヒータと上記基材とを熱融着するものである。

Claims (11)
- 導体素線と、該導体素線の外周に形成された内層被覆と、該内層被覆の外周に形成された外層被覆を有し、
上記内層被覆の融点が、上記外層被覆の融点より高く、
上記内層被覆が、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーであり、
上記外層被覆が、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーであり、
上記内層被覆と上記外層被覆が接着されていることを特徴とするコード状ヒータ。 - 上記導体素線を複数本有し、該導体素線が絶縁被膜により被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコード状ヒータ。
- 上記外層被覆の融点が100℃~225℃であり、
上記内層被覆の融点が、下限として上記外層被覆の融点+30℃、上限として300℃の間であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコード状ヒータ。 - 上記外層被覆の融点が130℃~185℃であり、
上記内層被覆の融点が215℃~250℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコード状ヒータ。 - 上記内層被覆の厚さが0.04mm以上であり、
上記コード状ヒータの外径が0.73mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコード状ヒータ。 - 請求項1記載のコード状ヒータが基材に配設されていることを特徴とする面状ヒータ。
- 上記基材が空隙を有する構造のものであり、上記外層被覆の少なくとも一部が上記基材の空隙間に侵入しており、上記内層被覆が上記基材の空隙間に侵入していないことを特徴とする請求項6記載の面状ヒータ。
- 上記内層被覆の断面形状が略円形を保持していることを特徴とする請求項7記載の面状ヒータ。
- 上記外層被覆の融点が100℃~225℃であり、
上記内層被覆の融点が、下限として上記外層被覆の融点+30℃、上限として300℃の間であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の面状ヒータ。 - 上記外層被覆の融点が130℃~185℃であり、
上記内層被覆の融点が215℃~250℃であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の面状ヒータ。 - 導体素線と、該導体素線の外周にポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーで形成された内層被覆と、該内層被覆の外周にポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーで形成された外層被覆を有し、上記内層被覆の融点が上記外層被覆の融点より高いコード状ヒータを、空隙を有する構造の基材上に配置し、加熱加圧によって、上記内層被覆を略溶融させずに上記外層被覆を溶融させて、上記外層被覆を上記基材の空隙間に侵入させ、上記コード状ヒータと上記基材とを熱融着する面状ヒータの製造方法。
