Abstract
Description
本出願は2016年10月25日に出願した米国仮特許出願番号62/412,476号の優先権を主張し、その出願の記載をここに参考として導入する。

リン酸1480gを20L反応容器に配合し、撹拌下に35〜40℃に加熱し、1時間加熱する。プロピレンオキシド5200gを配合し、窒素スパージして未反応プロピレンオキシドを除去する。
ポリウレタン発泡体を表1の配合剤から調製した。

Claims (20)
- ポリエステルポリオール、リン酸ポリオール、発泡剤、触媒、界面活性剤、芳香族イソシアネートおよび難燃性非イソシアネート反応性化合物を含有するリン酸ポリオール配合剤。
- 非イソシアネート反応性化合物が、リン化合物である、請求項1記載のリン酸ポリオール配合剤。
- リン化合物が、リン酸塩を含有する、請求項2記載のリン酸ポリオール配合剤。
- リン酸塩が、リン酸トリアルキルを含有する、請求項3記載のリン酸ポリオール配合剤。
- リン酸トリアルキルが、リン酸トリエチルを含有する、請求項4記載のリン酸ポリオール配合剤。
- リン酸ポリオール:リン酸トリエチルの重量比が、約90:10である、請求項5記載のリン酸ポリオール配合剤。
- リン酸ポリオール:リン酸トリエチルの重量比が、約80:20である、請求項5記載のリン酸ポリオール配合剤。
