Abstract

espuma à base de isocianato e processo para produção da mesma. é descrita uma espuma de polímero à base de isocianato com a combinação de: (i) um índice de oxigênio limitante (loi) maior ou igual a 26,5% quando medido de acordo com astm d2863-17a, e (ii) um índice orgânico volátil total teor (tvoc) quando medido de acordo com vda 277 menor ou igual a 225 µg/g c. preferivelmente, a espuma é produzida a partir de uma composição espumável compreendendo: um isocianato; um composto reativo contendo: (1) pelo menos um hidrogênio que é reativo com o isocianato, e (2) uma ou ambas as partes de halogênio e fosfato; um agente de expansão compreendendo um ou ambos de água e dióxido de carbono; e um catalisador; em que o composto reativo está presente em uma quantidade na faixa de cerca de 30% a cerca de 95% do total de equivalentes iso excluindo água, se presente na composição espumante.
