Claims (12)
- 成分(A)アイソタクチックセグメント分布を有するポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーと、成分(B)ハードセグメントおよびソフトセグメントの交互ブロックを有するポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーと、を含む、配合物であって、5%正割係数試験法に従って試験したとき、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーの5%正割係数および前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの5%正割係数の質量加重平均よりも大きい5%正割係数を有する、配合物。
- (i)前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーが、前記ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーの重量に基づいて1重量%〜15重量%の総エチレン系の含有量を有するか、(ii)前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーが、ASTM D1238(摂氏230度(℃)/2.16キログラム(kg))によって測定した場合、0.2〜3デシグラム毎分(dg/分)のメルトフローレート(MFR)およびASTM D792によって測定した場合、0.855〜0.875グラム毎立方センチメートル(g/cc)の密度を有するであるか(iii)(i)および(ii)の両方であるか、(iv)前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーが、前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの重量に基づいて59重量%〜75重量%の総エチレン系の含有量を有し、前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーが、8重量%〜30重量%のハードセグメントおよび92重量%〜70重量%のソフトセグメントを含み、前記ソフトセグメントが、前記ソフトセグメントのモノマー系の含有量の総モルに基づいて、8モルパーセント(mol%)〜20mol%の1−オクテン系の含有量を有するか、(v)前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーが、ASTM D1238(190℃/2.16kg)によって測定した場合、0.2グラム/10分(g/10分)〜2g/10分のメルトインデックス(MI)およびASTM D792によって測定した場合、0.870〜0.890g/ccの密度を有するか、(vi)(iv)および(v)の両方であるか、または(vii)(iii)および(vi)の両方である、請求項1に記載の配合物。
- (i)前記成分(A)および(B)の合計重量のうち、それぞれ、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーが1重量パーセント(重量%)〜99重量%であり、前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーが99重量%〜1重量%であるか、(ii)前記成分(A)および(B)の合計重量のうち、それぞれ、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーが10重量%〜90重量%であり、前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーが、90重量%〜10重量%であるか、(iii)前記成分(A)および(B)の合計重量のうち、それぞれ、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーが20重量%〜80重量%であり、前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーが80重量%〜20重量%であるか、または(iv)前記成分(A)および(B)の合計重量のうち、それぞれ、前記ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーが25重量%〜75重量%であり、前記ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーが75重量%〜25重量%である、請求項1または2に記載の配合物。
- 成分(C)異相ポリプロピレン材料および/または成分(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含み、前記成分(D)を含まず(欠いており)、成分(C)をさらに含む前記配合物の実施形態では、前記(C)異相ポリプロピレン材料が、前記配合物の1重量%〜40重量%であり、前記成分(C)および(D)の両方をさらに含む前記配合物の実施形態では、前記(C)異相ポリプロピレン材料が、前記配合物の15重量%〜35重量%であり、前記(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤が、前記配合物の0.01重量%〜40重量%であり、前記成分(C)を含まず(欠いており)、前記成分(D)をさらに含む前記配合物の実施形態では、前記(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤が、前記配合物の0.01重量%〜80重量%であり、各重量%が、前記配合物の総重量に基づく、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 前記(C)異相ポリプロピレン材料が、ホモポリプロピレンマトリックス中に分散された(C1)ポリ(エチレン−コ−プロピレン)エラストマーコポリマーを含み、前記ポリ(エチレン−コ−プロピレン)エラストマーコポリマーが、前記(C1)異相ポリプロピレン材料の5重量%〜30重量%であり、かつ/または前記(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤が、(D1)0.1重量%〜70重量%の総濃度の膨張性難燃剤および/もしくは(D2)難燃性向上剤、(D3)0.01重量%〜10重量%の総濃度の少なくとも1つの障害アミン光安定剤(HALS)、(D4)0.1重量%〜10重量%の総濃度の少なくとも1つの紫外(UV)線吸収性充填剤、(D5)(D5a)立体障害フェノール、(D5b)金属失活立体障害フェノール、(D5c)熱安定剤/立体障害フェノール、および(D5d)トリアリールホスファイトから選択される少なくとも1つの酸化防止剤であって、前記(D5a)〜(D5d)の各々が独立して、0.01重量%〜3重量%の総濃度である、酸化防止剤、(D6)0.01重量%〜5重量%の総濃度の少なくとも1つの加工助剤、ならびに(D7)(D1)〜(D6)の各々から選択される、請求項4に記載の配合物。
- 前記(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤において、前記(D1)前記膨張性難燃剤が、(D1a)ピロリン酸ピペラジンと(D1b)リン酸との組み合わせであり、前記(D2)難燃性向上剤が、(D2a)酸化亜鉛であり、(D3)前記少なくとも1つのHALSが、(D3a)N,N”’−1,2−エタンジイルビス[N−3−[[4,6−ビス[ブチル(1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル−4−ピペリジニル)アミノ]−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル]アミノ]プロピル]−N’N”−ジブチル−N’N”−ビス(1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル)−4−ピペリジニル)−1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4,6−トリアミンであり、(D4)前記少なくとも1つの紫外線吸収性充填剤が、(D4a)二酸化チタンおよび/または(D4b)カーボンブラックであり、(D5)前記少なくとも1つの酸化防止剤が、(D5a−1)ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート、(D5b−1)2’、3−ビス[[3−[3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル]プロピオニル]]プロピオノヒドラジド、(D5c−1)ジオクタデシル3,3’−チオジプロピネート(thiodipropinate)とテトラキス(3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネートと(D5d−1)トリス(2,4−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトとの組み合わせから選択され、(D6)前記少なくとも1つの加工助剤が、(D6a)フルオロ熱可塑性であり、(D7a)(D1a)、(D1b)、(D2a)、(D3a)、(D4a)、(D4b)、(D5a−1)〜(D5d−1)、および(D6a)の各々であり、成分(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤の総量が、前記配合物の30〜40重量%である、請求項5に記載の配合物。
- 前記(D4b)カーボンブラックが、(D4b−1)カーボンブラックマスターバッチであって、ポリ(1−ブテン−コ−エチレン)コポリマー(前記マスターバッチの総重量の≧95重量%〜<100重量%)およびカーボンブラック(前記マスターバッチの総重量の>0重量%〜≦5重量%)の配合物であるカーボンブラックマスターバッチであり、かつ/または前記(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤の総量が、前記配合物の総重量に基づいて35〜37重量%である、請求項6に記載の配合物。
- (i)前記配合物の前記5%正割係数が、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーの5%正割係数および前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの5%正割係数の前記質量加重平均よりも少なくとも5パーセント(%)大きく、(ii)前記配合物の前記5%正割係数が、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーの5%正割係数および前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの5%正割係数の前記質量加重平均よりも少なくとも10%大きく、(iii)前記配合物の前記5%正割係数が、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーの5%正割係数および前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの5%正割係数の前記質量加重平均よりも少なくとも20%大きく、(iv)前記配合物の前記5%正割係数が、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーの5%正割係数および前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの5%正割係数の前記質量加重平均よりも少なくとも30%大きく、(v)前記配合物の前記5%正割係数が、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーの5%正割係数および前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの5%正割係数の前記質量加重平均よりも最大35%大きく、(vi)(v)と(i)〜(iv)のいずれか一つとの両方である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の配合物。
- 向上した5%正割係数を有する配合物を作製する方法であって、(1)成分(A)アイソタクチックセグメント分布を有するポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーおよび(B)ハードセグメントおよびソフトセグメントの交互ブロックを有するポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマー、ならびに任意に成分(C)異相ポリプロピレン材料、および/または成分(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤を溶融混合して、成分(A)および(B)、および任意に成分(C)の溶融物を得て、任意に成分(D)少なくとも1つの添加剤で充填することと、(2)前記溶融物を冷却させて、前記成分(A)および(B)と、任意に前記成分(C)および/または成分(D)とを含む配合物を得ることと、を含み、前記配合物が、5%正割係数試験法に従って試験したとき、前記(A)ポリ(プロピレン−コ−エチレン)エラストマーコポリマーの5%正割係数および前記(B)ポリ(エチレン−コ−1−オクテン)ブロックコポリマーの5%正割係数の質量加重平均よりも5%大きい、方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の配合物または請求項9に記載の方法によって作製された配合物の成形形態を含む、製造品。
- 導電性コアおよび前記導電性コアを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むポリマー層を含む被覆導体であって、前記ポリマー層の少なくとも一部が、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の配合物または請求項9に記載の方法によって作製された配合物を含むか、またはそれから調製される、被覆導体。
- 電気を伝導する方法であって、請求項11に記載の被覆導体の前記導電性コアにわたって電圧を適用して前記導電性コアを通る電気の流れを発生させることを含む、電気を伝導する方法。
