Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 自動車に組み込むためのソーラーモジュールであって、
平坦であるか又は少なくとも一方向に湾曲する正面シートと、
少なくとも1組のストリングであって、各ストリングは、複数の太陽電池のストリップから形成され、各ストリップは、隣接するストリップと重なり合うように配置され、各ストリップは、隣接するストリップに導電性接着剤で電気的に接続されている少なくとも1組のストリングと、
前記正面シートと前記少なくとも1組のストリングの第1の面との間に配置された第1の封入層と、
前記少なくとも1組のストリングの第2の面に形成された第2の封入層と、
前記第2の封入層上に形成された背面シートと、
を備えるソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
前記複数のストリングは、電気的に並列に接続されているソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
少なくとも2組のストリングを含み、各組が電気的に直列に接続されているソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
複数のバイパスダイオードを更に備えるソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項4において、
各ストリングは、バイパスダイオードを含むソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
前記正面シートは、ガラスから形成されているソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
前記背面シートは、平坦な透明材料から形成されているソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項7において、
前記背面シートは、積層プロセス中に、前記正面シート並びに前記第1及び第2の封入層の輪郭に適合するように成形される十分な可撓性を有するソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1及び第2の封入層は、積層によって、重なり合うストリップによって形成されるあらゆる間隙及び空隙、又は隣接するストリング間の空間を埋めるソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項9において、
前記第1及び第2の封入層は、積層により、前記正面シート及び前記背面シートを、前記ソーラーモジュール用の単一構造を形成する一連のストリングに接着するソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
前記ストリップは、各ストリップの正面側と背面側に形成されたバスバーにおいて重なり合い、前記ストリングの長さに沿って電気回路を形成するソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
各ストリングは、前記ソーラーモジュールの各端部に形成されたバスバーに電気的に接続されているソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
前記ストリングの組は、前記正面シートの湾曲に実質的に一致するように配置されるソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1において、
自動車の蓄電素子に接続するための少なくとも1つの正の電気端子及び少なくとも1つの負の電気端子を更に備えるソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項14において、
前記蓄電素子は、電池であるソーラーモジュール。
