Abstract
Description
熱可塑性の層を介して互いに面状に結合されている基板及び外側パネルと、
熱可塑性の層内に埋め込まれた少なくとも1つの光起電性のシステムと、を有しており、該光起電性のシステムは、条片状に形成された少なくとも2つのソーラセルを有していて、該ソーラセルは、少なくとも1つの導電性の接続エレメントを介して互いに直列接続されている。
(a)少なくとも2つの条片状に形成されたソーラセルを熱可塑性の層内に埋め込み、少なくとも1つの導電性の接続エレメントを介して直列接続して、光起電性のシステムを形成するステップと、
(b)熱可塑性の層を面状に基板と外側パネルとの間に配置するステップと、
(c)基板を、熱、真空及び/又は圧力の作用下で熱可塑性の層を介して外側パネルに結合するステップと、
を少なくとも有する。

Claims (15)
- 光起電性モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルであって、
熱可塑性の層(3)を介して互いに面状に結合されている基板(1)及び外側パネル(2)と、
前記熱可塑性の層(3)内に埋め込まれた少なくとも1つの光起電性のシステム(4)と、を少なくとも有しており、該光起電性のシステム(4)は、条片状に形成された少なくとも2つのソーラセル(6)を有していて、該ソーラセル(6)は、少なくとも1つの導電性の接続エレメント(5)を介して互いに直列接続されており、
当該ルーフパネルは曲げられていて、前記ソーラセル(6)は、1mm〜10mmの幅を有していることを特徴とする、光起電性モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネル。 - 前記各ソーラセル(6)は、光起電に関して活性の吸収層(8)を前側電極(9)と背側電極(10)との間に有していて、光起電に関して活性の前記吸収層(8)は、少なくとも単結晶シリコン又は多結晶シリコンを含んでいる、請求項1記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記ソーラセル(6)は、5cm〜30cmの長さ、好ましくは10cm〜20cmの長さ、及び2mm〜5mmの幅を有していて、好ましくは互いに平行に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記光起電性のシステム(4)は、10〜100、好ましくは20〜50の直列接続されたソーラセル(6)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記ソーラセル(6)は、前記光起電性のシステム(4)の領域において20%〜90%の面積占有率をもって配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記導電性の接続エレメント(5)は、少なくとも銅、アルミニウム、金、銀、スズ又はこれらの合金を含んでいて、好ましくは0.03mm〜0.8mmの厚さと0.5mm〜20mmの幅を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 当該ルーフパネルは、少なくとも2つのバスバー(7)を用いて並列接続されている少なくとも2つの光起電性のシステム(4)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記基板(1)は、ガラス、好ましくはフラットガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス又はソーダ石灰ガラスを含んでいて、好ましくは0.7mm〜25mmの厚さ、特に好ましくは0.8mm〜5mmの厚さを有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記基板(1)は、フレキシブルなフィルムとして形成されていて、該フィルムは、好ましくは少なくとも1種の熱可塑性のポリマ、特に好ましくはポリフッ化ビニル及び/又はポリフッ化ビニリデンを含み、かつ好ましくは0.25mm〜2mmの厚さ、特に好ましくは0.3mm〜1.5mmの厚さ、極めて特に好ましくは0.45mm〜1mmの厚さを有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記熱可塑性の層(3)は、0.5mm〜10mmの厚さ、好ましくは1mm〜5mmの厚さ、特に好ましくは2mm〜4mmの厚さを有していて、好ましくは少なくとも1種のポリマ、特に好ましくはエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリエチレン(PE)及び/又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含んでいる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 前記外側パネル(2)は、ガラス、好ましくはフラットガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス又はソーダ石灰ガラスを含んでいて、好ましくは1.0mm〜12mmの厚さ、特に好ましくは1.4mm〜4mmの厚さを有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 当該ルーフパネルは、少なくとも1つの領域に、800mm以下の曲率半径を有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネル。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の、光起電性モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルを製造する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも2つの条片状に形成されたソーラセル(6)を熱可塑性の層(3)内に埋め込み、少なくとも1つの導電性の接続エレメント(5)を介して直列接続して、光起電性のシステム(4)を形成するステップと、
(b)前記熱可塑性の層(3)を面状に基板(1)と外側パネル(2)との間に配置するステップと、
(c)前記基板(1)を、熱、真空及び/又は圧力の作用下で前記熱可塑性の層(3)を介して前記外側パネル(2)に結合するステップと、
を少なくとも有することを特徴とする、光起電性モジュールが組み込まれたルーフパネルを製造する方法。 - 方法ステップ(a)において、前記光起電性のシステム(4)を、少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性のフィルム(11)と第2の熱可塑性のフィルム(12)との間に配置し、次いで該第1及び第2の熱可塑性のフィルムを、熱、真空及び/又は圧力の作用下で結合させて予め積層された熱可塑性の層(3)を形成する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 陸上、空中又は水における交通のための車両、好ましくは、列車、路面電車、船舶及び、バス、トラック並びに特に乗用車のような自動車における、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のルーフパネルの使用。
